Overnight stay at weekend

Posted Oct 27, 2015 on Ebookers
This is a well located hotel in the centre of town. A comfortable bar area with a good food offering all day to 9pm. The modern bedroom was clean and comfortable. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stay here again.

Good location

Great location, excellent room facilities and very clean in room too. Main hallway smelled like a chip shop but in room was fine. Room service breakfast didnt arrive.... Lost my order card despite me handing it to the receptionist at 10pm the night before. They also couldnt find my room booking but i had a record of it on email. Everyone makes mistakes though and despite this i would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money.

Excellent stay

Posted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: The setting, the staff and the town
Cons: Evening entertainment would have been good
Location: No pool in the hotel was swimming complex right beside it, also a lovely park and play area for children. There are lots of shops and pubs nearby,
This was my first time in Mullingar and I had a wonderful time. The Hotel was right off the main street but with a park attached to it so it was a beautiful setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A very relaxing few days. I would highly recommend it.

Great all round hotel.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfy
Cons: The fact I couldnt get the broadband working
Location: Excellent location
Really enjoyed my stay at the Anne Brook Hotel - the staff couldnt do enough for you. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which could have easily taken 5 people (1 double room ensuite & 1 double & single with ensuite). My only complaint would be that there was supposed to be broadband in the room but even attaching the cable to my laptop it kept asking me for a password - I asked I dont know how many times & the staff said no password was needed. Have lovely food in Berties Bar - the fish & chips was exceptional as was the steak. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It is ideally situated just situated back from the main street & was overlooking a small river, there was no noise at night at we had excellent nights sleep in the comfy beds. Would definitely return again.
