Disappointing service from the staff when i arrived. For a 'business' hotel the breakfast is too late and not good at all for out of town travelers. Most people in town for business would not want and Indian based breakfast and certainly not one that starts late - i needed to be at a meeting before 9am and in Mumbai traffic that means leaving the hotel early.

Good hotel but poor location

I was just there for sleep, nothing else. But I find it very annoying that there was no good medical store near the hotel. Also the Mumbai people were not good in general. But hotel good on an average.

Cons: Horrible WIFI connection. Air-conditioning fails during the day time.
This hotel is certainly meant for business travelers due to its close proximity to the airport. In terms of distance it is not too far from shopping districts, but the traffic makes the time of journey quite long. Definitely not for tourists. Let's talk about the good first. The concept of the hotel is modern and contemporary. Rooms are nice and clean, though its open bathroom concept is something to seriously consider if you are rooming with a colleague. The beds are comfortable and the linen smells fresh. The laundry and pressing service is also good. The cafe serves Indian and Western fare, though my opinion is that they are better at Indian fare rather than other dishes. Now let's comment on the bad points. One sore point is the horrendous WIFI speed; it is slow and sometimes you can't even get connected. Not sure if it is a problem of the hotel router or the internet provider but they should seriously look into it since WIFI is a must-have option nowadays for travelers. There is no WIFI in the hotel cafe which is also inconvenient. Secondly was the room air-conditioning which freezes up and becomes warm during day time, thus making it almost impossible to stay in the room in the afternoons. No air-con problems at night though.
