They have a problem in disclosing names. What stops them from doing so is bets known to them.
My office had to cover the cost for all expenses incurred during my stay, My room was already full pre-paid. When my office called the hotel to deposit a certain amount to cover incidentals - the hotel wanted my office staff from Pune to visit hotel in Mumbai to pay other they could not collect the payment. They wanted a physical card only.
NO QR code, NO CC auth, NO payment link. The front also does not come on call - only operators speak without names like bots easliy sound irritated when you call in the second time.
Very very rigid team, behaviour and approach.
They have a big issue with disclosing names on call. Almost rigid on any/every request you make. The approach is very rigid and reverse of what you actually expect from a hotel. Small request like making a pre-payment to them is not acceptable to them. They would want you to pay only 72 hours before your check in etc etc.
The hotel is undergoing renovations as well huge building works going on directly next door. This meant our stay wasn’t the most pleasant and added to the issues we had with our room and lounge experience.
