Nice hotel with small rooms.

Pros: Room service.
Cons: Extra chairs. Windows that can be open'd for fresh air. Deals which include breakfast!! and not discriminate!!
We booked online and when i reached the hotel they said the tariff which i chose does not include breakfast (got to know it costs Rs 350 per head and is lavish.) Since my parents would not make justice to that we said Ok and proceeded. Rooms were small. only 1 chair. Ideal for business travelers but not for family with lot of luggage. Room service is good...round the clock hot good food. Typical business hotels where that 1 window doesn't open! ;-) Location is what one has to pay for. Overall 3 stars from me.

It was overall an ordinary stay. The washroom needs a little maintenance

Wifi Problem

Experience was not so great due nonavailability of wifi in my room which couldn't be fixed by the hotel. Our stay was for only 2 nights and we were given an option to change room on the 2nd night which was too late.

Bad Online experience

We use to regularly stay there, this time through hotel.com. I find it very irritating on handling and online booking from the counter. We reached little early and realise that the check in time is only 12. i know they won't oblige to give an early check in especially on online booking. Went out came back by 1210, still we were asked to wait as rooms not ready. I am so clear that this is the irritation showing on us on online booking. please take care of such situation and ensure a smooth deal at the counter or we will be forced to go through only property focussed reservations.

Lavish reception which went down hill. Overpriced.

My most expensive hotel during my time in India and certainly didn't live up to expectations. Good points were: excellent food and nice restaurant staff. Negative points were: over priced, front of house staff serving 4 people at once, room stank of smoke, 'roof top area' not fit for purpose, lifts only allow to certain floors, dirty bed sheets which weren't changed even after requesting.
