スタッフの対応はとてもよかった。 出迎え、タクシー手配など手際よく対応してくれた。 室内については汚れが少し目立つ場所が多かったので、もう少し手入れをして欲しいと思った。 近くに観光地はないので観光での利用にはあまり向いていないと思う。しかし、空港から近いということ、周りは比較的静かな環境であるので、出張等ビジネスで利用するには向いているホテルだと思う。

This was my second stay at this hotel. Staff is cooperative and its a clean hotel within less than 2 kms of new T2 international terminal of the airport. I couldn't use the WiFi even though it was free in my package for only 1 hr. Speed was super slow and there was constant disconnection. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms, if you are having your friends over then you need to sit in the restaurant or lobby area. Food is good but the complimentary breakfast buffet is not of good quality or spread.

Disaster Trip with Hotels.com

It was a disaster as I had my reservation confirmed by Hotels.com and when i arrived at the hotel they stated they had no reservation for me and also said hotels.com reservation is not good enough as they need another confirmation number which is related to their hotel that they provide to hotels.com as confirmation of booking. I seriously could not believe it's happening to me @ 3AM in the morning after a hectic flight and I was surprised that a well reputed site like hotels.com was not ignorant and had a flaw in the process or negligent to look into these issues. they hotel manager was at least kind enough to arrange a drop off to a hotel (The Leela) where i managed a last minute booking at much higher cost.

Hotel in busy hub

Pros: Initial reception.
Cons: Breakfast. Menu and food. Room and Housekeeping service.
Location: Location is bad. Slum area.
The hotel is a mediocre building. Breakfast is horrible. Room service is also bad. House-keeping is also not upto the standard. The toilet flush was not working. Hand towel was not provided.

スタッフの対応は良かった。夜は犬の鳴き声で目がさめた。立地はタクシーの運転手が知らない。客室のペットボトルのミネラルウォーターの蓋は一度開けられた感じがする。
