Communication Failure between hotel services.
The stay was amazing and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service, cleanliness and breakfast was excellent. The only problem was the pick up from the airport on the day of our arrival. I had informed the hotel reception about the requirement of a big car as we had extra luggage. Even after informing them a day in advance, a regular saloon car was sent and we had to wait nearly an hour before they could get a car which could fit our luggage (3 big & 4 small bags) and 4 passengers. Also, on the day of departure, the receptionist charged us for the cost of 2 cars on the arrival day though it was the hotel mistake to send us a car which could not accommodate us wit our luggage. The hotel also tried to put the blame on us for not informing them about the luggage. The manager said he would investigate and let us know but he never came back to inform who was responsible for the blunder. I was very disappointed with how it was handled.
