Nice stay

Overall nice stay with family. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has all the required amenities. It felt like home.

very very bad

horrible is the word for the stay they charged half day for just 2 hours extra the room was stinking the bathroom had no water in the shower

Dear Sir, Allow me to express my sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused during your stay. Our guest feedback is most valuable to us as it only helps us improve. Lalco Residency Standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. We have displayed these times on our own website as well as on all online travel portals. Early check-in facility is always subject to availability, and early check-ins can be subject to certain charges. We encourage all of our guests to request early check-ins in advance especially when an early check-in is requested for so early in the morning. We apologize for the low water pressure in your bathroom shower. We did offer to change your apartment, but unfortunately we did not receive a positive response from your end. A problem the water line pressure was low and as soon as your apartment was vacated we shut it down for maintenance to resolve the issue so that no other guest would incur the same issue. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously and we are sorry to hear you felt there was a bad smell in your room. Please accept our apology for same. I can assure you this is a very unusual. Part of our mission is to continue to improve on both our appearance and our procedures on a consistent basis. We value your business and wish to retain you as our guest. We went through our investigation on your booking at Lalco Residency. We have found your booking was made for 3 persons but on day or arrival we have found it was 4 persons came for check-in and we have explained you the rates difference and asked you to pay for the 4th person. Our policies and rates provided online and by our Sales Team clearly state our additional person charges. Pros: The ambience of the apartment
Cons: The kitchen could be well ventilated...didint like the smell that is coming from there..
Location: The traffic jam is bad and the noises that are coming from the road...thank god we had aircon therefore able to close the windows all the time.
Our stay at Lalco residency was ok. The staff attended to our queries and complaints without much delay. The only set back we had was on the breakfast which wasnt that appetising for us.

Good rates and a clean place to stay.

Suggestions for improvements: Checking in at 1:30 PAM was inefficient. They locked one bedroom when we requested 3 beds. My brother and father had to sleep in one bed. The coffee mug was cracked and needs to be replaced. We were in room 61 on28th December.

We apologize to any inconvenience due to our check-in timing but due to high occupancy month we required apartment to be clean well before we show any check-in to guest. We have also checked your booking which was made for 2 bedroom 4 person and that was the reason our 3rd bedroom were locked by our team. If you would have requested to open 3rd bedroom our team would have open the same and would have made changes to your booking from 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. Excellent Hotel

Clean, spacious, location was good. Area was OK. Staff were excellent and very helpful. TV in all rooms + English channels were available which was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
