very very bad

horrible is the word for the stay they charged half day for just 2 hours extra the room was stinking the bathroom had no water in the shower

Lalco Residency Standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. We have displayed these times on our own website as well as on all online travel portals. Early check-in facility is always subject to availability, and early check-ins can be subject to certain charges. We encourage all of our guests to request early check-ins in advance especially when an early check-in is requested for so early in the morning. We apologize for the low water pressure in your bathroom shower. We did offer to change your apartment, but unfortunately we did not receive a positive response from your end. A problem the water line pressure was low and as soon as your apartment was vacated we shut it down for maintenance to resolve the issue so that no other guest would incur the same issue. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously and we are sorry to hear you felt there was a bad smell in your room. Please accept our apology for same. I can assure you this is a very unusual. Part of our mission is to continue to improve on both our appearance and our procedures on a consistent basis. We value your business and wish to retain you as our guest. Pros: The ambience of the apartment
Cons: The kitchen could be well ventilated...didint like the smell that is coming from there..
Location: The traffic jam is bad and the noises that are coming from the road...thank god we had aircon therefore able to close the windows all the time.
Our stay at Lalco residency was ok. The staff attended to our queries and complaints without much delay. The only set back we had was on the breakfast which wasnt that appetising for us.

Large self contained Unit . near exhibition center

Cons: clean the walls better ,
Location: Exhibition center
While not even 4 star it proves a great place for multiple staff at a great rate only a few km form the convention center. With 4 beds , in 2 rooms , kitchen and more its a great and affordable place . While not perfectly clean they do try and overall it just works. A 3.5 star in a perfect location for trade show ..

The pictures look nothing like the actual building. The building from the outside looks like a slum building, all brown and dirty. The rooms are all painted white, which makes the rooms look really dirty. You will see brown, grey, and black spots all over the walls. The management will try to suck every penny out of you. I ended up staying only 3 nights instead of the 4 booked nights. They made me pay for extra guests for all 4 nights, and wouldn't even refund that when I left. I wasn't even asking for the room refund, just a refund for the extra guests which weren't going to be there. They tried to explain to me how they aren't capable of putting a refund back onto a credit card. There are MUCH better places to stay in Mumbai. The company who stamped this place as a 4 star resort is playing a serious joke.

Please pardon our appearance while we complete this process. We do refund to our entire guest on credit card if our cancellation policy is not violated by our guest. As per our cancellation policy all our guest has to cancel their booking 48 hours prior if they wish not to stay with us. We also have some package rates and we charge for entire booking as under our non-refundable rates. If yours booking comes under any of the above booking terms than we follow our cancellation policy. Clean and Comfortable place, but very expensive

Pros: The excellent and spacious rooms in the apartment.
Cons: Provision of free wi-fi, breakfast, and sports equipment.
Location: Nothing to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
We had a 2BHK which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were pretty helpful and service was good. On the down side, there is no free wi-fi and you had to pay a whopping Rs 350 per day to have this. Also, breakfast is also not included and this cost Rs 250 p/p each day. Given the apartment is not cheap, even by Mumbai standards, these items should be included free. Don't take notice of the "sports facilities" available at this place -- apart from the swimming pool you can only use the other activities (table tennis, badminton, etc) if you have your own rackets, net, and other equipment and none is available for hire. Location: this is good for airport (15mins) and close to the highway; however, in the immediate vicinity there are no shops, restaurants, or cinemas so you would need to get an auto-rickshaw to get anywhere.

まーインドだったら普通なのかも!?

部屋内に利用できない部屋が2部屋あったのは気になりました。 食事は主に日本から持ち込みのレトルト食品を食べていました。 朝食付だったのですがあまり美味しくなかったので、レジデンス内のレストランを利用することは無かったです。 また、周りの環境も良くないので徒歩圏内での外食は期待しないほうが良いと思います。 繁華街に行けばレストランも多いと思いますが、渋滞状況にもよりますがタクシーで30分程かかりました。 ビジネス利用目的であれば問題ないと思いますが、観光目的であればお勧めはしません。
