Below Average Stay. Not value for money

Location: Pathetic location. In the midst of a slum. Nothing to do near by
The room is very small for a 4 star standards. The bathroom is so small and compact that 1 person can barely stand and take shower at a time. I certainly expect a brand like Ramada to not be so stingy with space. The items on the menu at their day restaurant is so limited that you just don't feel like eating there. I had ordered chicken tikka masala for lunch, and guess what it was more like normal chicken curry than chicken tikka. Dunno how come the chef at Ramada not know how to prepare chicken tikka. Even at a dhabba they know how to prepare chicken tikka. The drinks available at all their restaurants vary. They have Breezer blackberry at the Skky Lounge but not at their other restaurants!!! Strange, same hotel but one restaurant does not serve the drinks served at their restaurant next door. I also ordered Blenders Pride Whiskey, but they sent something else!! Can you believe this is the level of service at a 4 star??? Rooms are clean, but they did not change the linen the next day, which is disappointing!

Don't do it!

The management asked to pay 1500 more because my fiance came to visit me after work late night. All facilities, gym, library everything closes at 11pm, this is a hostel, not a hotel. The swimming pool does not exist and is in the convention center next door, but is advertised as of its part of the hotel. The view from the room was just slums. And imagine I paid for a room with a view. What a view indeed! There is no tub in the room. This is just a sleeping pad.

Good Hotel Near Powai

Pros: Room, staff
Cons: The door to bath area could have had better lining, so that water does not go out while using overhead shower.
Location: Powai business district.
I had a good overall experience at the hotel. Room was clean, and staff was both nice and helpful. The access to hotel from a narrow road, but not much of a problem. Will stay there again whenever I visit Powai next.

Nice hotel

This was my second stay in this hotel & like my previous stay, I enjoyed my stay this time too. The roof top bar SKYY was just awsome. the food too was very nice.

Poor service, poor condition of Hotel

Pros: they chk the security and some of the boy who carry baggage was very good name Rakesh.....
Cons: renovation of hotel and training of staff as per Ramada and International standard
Location: Its is near by very POOR village so you can not walk It is very scary !!!
No service in F and B, you have ask four times for water even in breakfast, they give hardly one hand towel for three people even though you asked for three times in two days stays, No customer service at all !!!! No international standard at all ! need lot of improvement in hotel condition as well as hotel staff training ! very disappointed !!!

OK, but not worth the high price.

Cons: Food and staff training
Location: Easy access to many restaurants and activities in Powai
Staff need to be trained much better. I checked in at 5:00am after 23 hrs in airplanes and airports. The front desk woke me up 9:30am with a phone call asking when I planned to check out!! Later, I called in with a question about internet. The receptionist said he will call back in a few minutes but never got back to me. Finally, the breakfast spread is OK but not nearly as good as other hotels of the same price range in the neighborhood.

Best Hotel in Mumbai for a pleasant stay.

Great experience. Will surely come back. Keep it up. One of the few hotels in Mumbai which still maintains its standards.

Good hotel and Great Food at Cafe Ambrosia.

Pros: Food, decor and Cleanliness.
Cons: Gym needs better lighting. A bit too dull if you wana work out during nights.
Location: Get a Taxi :) Nothing in Mumbai is nearby.
Pleasant experience. Great room service and House Keeping. Prompt and Courteous.

Worst hotel

Hotel staffs are not cooperative. I asked them to arrange couple of things like printout but they couldn't do it and made a lot of lame excuses.
