Property was good, staff was very nice but the food and service was not that great. We were promised a mini bar in the room but after asking multiple times we still did not get one. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling properly. Overall found it a bit overpriced for the service and facilities we recieved.

The place was great and had great breakfast options. The rooms ( bed) are not compatible for senior citizens or people with mobility issue.

disappointing stay.
It was a disappointing stay. We had stayed here previously when it was renaissance, and they had better service, food quality and infrastructure. we had to wait 20 mins in the morning to get into the breakfast buffet, they have shut down their main fratelli restaurant, cramming all the guests into the smaller lake view cafe, where there is not enough room in case the occupancy is high. Also the property need repair, pool is not maintained properly, shower areas were dirty. It took 15 mins to get my car while checking out, overall I wont be staying here again. The food was very so-so, not at all memorable

Hotel was chaotic. There was a large group of IT specialist attending a conference. Restaurant staff were confused at best. No serving of drinks, busing tables was poor. Breakfast was far too busy. Overall service let them down.

I had a fabulous time in Westin Mumbai. The room, internet, bathroom and all facilities are excellent and 10 out of 10 rating. Just that the Lifts are very slow and the buttons are not working properly and we need to press it multiple times but still it didnt worked. Breakfast is good just that south indian food taste and quality was not so great

The service was very poor - right from the time we checked-in to the hotel. The hotel was over-crowded - we had to wait in que for about 50 minutes to get a table for dinner. There was long que for breakfast and we had to wait for over 30 minutes and was finally redirected to one of the banquet hall. The breakfast was pathetic - basic amenities like table knife etc. was missing. Very limited breakfast option was given to us.

Location was quite amazing. Cleanliness was average. The toilet had no latch but only a sliding door, suprisingly and the shower door was not getting fully closed letting a lot of water near the toilet sink. Service was abysmal and in my 2 nights stay there was some marriage function ON and the staff didnt really care about hotel guests. Disappointing overall.

Disappointing.
Asking for lake view we ended up with favelas view, that didn’t matter as much as we understood you can’t hide the poverty in India - so we didn’t make a fuss out of it. The worst part was the strong sewage smell in the room. Coming in to the room, you couldn’t miss the foul smell. We didn’t ask to change because we were exhausted from the long flight we had and just wanted to take a shower and sleep. So sad eventually you stop smelling the gross smell and get used to it. Go check room 1721. Also, there were mosquitos coming out of there - which I used the shower towel to kill them with :/ Think that was all of it? I WISH! Coming in late, we were to the “Lake view restaurant” for the lunch buffet. Grabbing food we saw a HUGE rat running around where the chef usually make the omelettes in the morning. We were so disgusted, we went back to our room hungry and went to bed early because there were NO other restaurants in the hotel - and I wouldn’t eat from a kitchen infested with rats.. waking up jet legged we were starving very early and had to take a taxi to the city (the hotel is isolated from civilization) to calm our stomachs. Being in India for two weeks and traveling several times a year, this was definitely the worst hotel I’ve been to. Massage was the only thing worth going there for. We paid for 90 minute for a 3:30pm appointment and were delayed by 45 minutes. The massage was overall good.
