Well maintained, clean, courteous staff,great food

We spent a night at the Renaissance and it was a great experience. Although it was New Year's eve and the hotel was buzzing, the staff were very courteous. I would especially like to commend James at the Front Desk who checked us in and out. He was very courteous and it is thanks to experiences like this, that we look forward to returning back to the Renaissance. The breakfast was sumptous, the New Year's eve gala at the Crimson Restaurant at the Marriott Apartments was value for money and all in all, it was a super experience. Thank you team Renaissance for making our stay a great and enjoyable one.

nice hotel, noisy room

very nice hotel but the room was noisy. I could hear my neighbors through the night. when I arrived, they said the hotel was full and wanted me to sit for a long time while they found a room. Aftrr more than half hour of waiting they assigned me a room that would have been perfect except that it was extremely noisy.

Nice business hotel

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: mentioned in ,y remarks already, so may be some flexibility with long stay guests
It was a nice stay overall. Real good service, clean rooms, nice lake view, if you happen to get a lake view room. They must give some consideration to long stay guests as it doesn't hurt serving breakfast in the room if breakfast is included in the package instead of going completely inflexible.

Fraud Hotel. Their own staff deny changes in the booking even after confirmation over the phone. I will never stay in this hotel in my life

It was a nice stay but hotel is currently under renovation and in absence of prior intimation of this renovation details I had to bear deafening noise of drill machine, mostly through out my stay. I am not happy the way the complaint was dealt with by hotel authorities.Though I understand they couldn't shift me in a different room because they were house full, as per them but there are ways to make guests feel that they are heard and not just leave them stuck with just one free breakfast, especially when it's a long stay.
