Pros: Gym, Restaurants
Location: Starbucks is close which is convenient and being in BKC your close to a lot of Bombay within a 20 minute drive.
Staff was super helpful and attentive! The food at the restaurants is high quality and tasty, room is well appointed and comfortable and overall was a really nice stay.

luxury in an isolated zone

the hotel is not at walking distance from anywhere. no shops or restaurants in the streets and you need a taxi to move. great room though and amenities.

Overall experience is good. We went for US visa interview and this hotel is the nearest hotel from US Embassy. It's just 3 minutes walk. Otherwise visiting band stand, juhu or sea side is 15~20 minutes driving. In house restaurants were pretty good but very expensive too. From airport it's just 20 minutes away.

Amazing rooms

Posted Dec 27, 2016
Nice hotel in the commercial area of bandra and close to offices and embassies. Stayed here 3 nights. The rooms are one of the best I have come across. Very comfortable and modern. Nice pool area, although small. Food was nice but quite pricey. Overall very satisfied and will stay again!

Very helpful staff, nicely run hotel

Posted Dec 26, 2016
Pros: Room was fabulous, staff very helpful as well.
Cons: Restaurant is a little too pricy, and the hotel charges a bomb for any laundry.
I had a good experience with the very helpful staff ready to solve any issues. The room, the bed, shower etc were all top class, as were the in-room facilities (including an Illy espresso maker)

Excellent with flaws

Posted Dec 25, 2016
If you want a sanitized and safe India experience this hotel is for you. The nicest of the BKC/airport hotels. For a better 'Bombay experience' I would stay at the 4 Seasons or Taj Mahal in Colaba. If you want to pretend you are in New Jersey or Surrey though this area ((BKC) is perfect. This time I was there for eight days. Excellent rooms. Really nice. Nice lighting. Great bathrooms. Great beds. No view. Excellent variety of dining possibilities. Expensive. Guest services was a bit patchy in terms of response times but willing staff. The attempt to add a French veneer to everything (bonjour, bonsoir) was painful and annoying. Laundry prices are completely outrageous even by India 5 star standards. Wow. RS 14,000 for laundry during my stay. Overall an excellent hotel in a convenient and sterile part of Bombay. Best choice in BKC. If you can go further south and want to be more adventurous I would suggest Four Seasons, or Taj Mahal Hotel which can't be beat for history and location. Difficult for travel though if you have to go to Bandra or BKC. Enjoy Bombay. Get out of the hotel whichever one you choose. Eat some street food. Elco in Bandra for instance! Travel by Rickshaw. Fun and cheap and on the meter!

I stayed there for business trip and was a perfect place to stay for work. Spacey room with work desk and the lounge at the 14th floor has everything we need for work!

A great hotel with an opulent interior

Posted Dec 8, 2016
The moment you step into your room, you can see that they have put a lot of thought into making the room something special. The interior is opulent and romantic. However, the large gaps in the sliding bathroom door doesn't give you a lot of privacy. The Pondicherry Restaurant is spacious with lots of different selections. However, the sushi items need a lot of improvement and the restaurant needs to have more seafood items.
