Great Hotel close to the Seepz for doing business.

Pros: Beautiful rooms with great facilities.
Cons: None
Mumbai is a very busy city with Horrific traffic. The Hotel was great and a calming place to return to after a busy day working with suppliers.

Closer to the airport and free buffett breakfast

Hotel location is great, less than 2 miles to the airport (can see from the aurport). We checked in as a family of three. The staff is very friendly, upgraded for free to the pool view. Interior and exterior is excellent. Bathroom is very clean, modern and luxurious. Unlike in USA, there is no ironing board with iron and no coffee maker because the hotel do not expect the guest to work there, but to enjouy their stay. My only negative comment is not having FREE internet in the rooms or at least in the lobby. Secondly, no free shuttle from the airport or drop off. I dont realky care for the free shuttle since the hotel is very close to the airport. Intent was a huge concern for me and it actually messed up my stay as I apected free internet while paying a large amount to the room. Excellent breakfast buffett with hundreds of varities to fit any nationality. I will surely go again. Love this place except for internet.

Great hotel, close to Intnl Airport

Arrived late and got a free upgrade to an executive suite. Room was spacious, clean and very nicely appointed. Staff was courteous, if a little slow.

I booked this hotel due to location only and to catch an early flight. Ride to airport should be complimentary but was charged.

Fooled by the promotion

I really love the Leela. However, I was fooled by a promotion. The room was cheaper than usual, and I gladly got it. However, there were so many things not included( such as internet access, breakfast, airport pickup), that it became a very expensive stay, and unpleasant.

Front office service was excellent Business center printer didn't work In restaurant they didn't honor 20%discount on Dinner on 3/21 as promised on check in But food and services were good Will go again
