Avoid if you need internet connection.

If you're a business traveller and require the internet whilst staying at a hotel then I suggest you avoid this particular one. It took 90 minutes and numerous requests in order to obtain a password from reception who usually just said - ok just one minute! the internet is painfully slow once you eventually get connected, signal is often lost and can take 1 hour plus of trying to re-connect. This is a PAID service not free!! I asked if they could organise a cab, reply as usual - one minute and we'll call you. I checked out 6 hours later without anything being arranged!!! Totally poor customer service, room facilities very poor, internet poor, directly under flight path for airport, all in all I can only recommend you avoid. I would put this in my bottom 3 hotels.
