I need a refund asap. Manager from anderson hotel is saying they dont donbusiness with expedia. Please msg me back. This is unaccaptible

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not do prepaid reservations with Expedia, but do work closely with Expedia for reservations with payment on site. Reservations with our property clearly state that hotel will collect payment on arrival, which your party was unable to do. We unfortunately cannot provide a room without payment for the room at check-in. You have not been charged for the room by our property. Please reach out with any further questions, thank you.

It's a good, cheap, decent motel. Excellent value for the money, which is ... cheap. "Area around the motel" doesn't really apply since it is situated in the back parking lot of a truck stop.

A fine place to stay.
This is an older hotel but the bedding was clean and comfortable. The room smelled fresh no wierd odors. Everything worked: tv, ac, plumbing. The staff at check ln were very friendly. Its nothing fancy but a fine place to stay.

This place is garbage. Unsanitary, dirty sheets, dirty everything!!! Windows open for air breeze. Absolutely ridiculous don’t waste your time or money. Place is so old they still use actual keys instead of key cards.

Worth staying for the price!’
The hallways smells of curry, the decor is from 1993, the place lacks over chlorinated pool or crappy “free” breakfast. That’s the downsides. However…for $50-$150 cheaper than other brand name hotels nearby, it is a clean room with a nice bed, hot shower, and incredibly friendly staff. I highly recommend saving yourself some money and staying here when you need to crash for a night or two.

The hotel is old, and outdated, but cleaner than many new, updated hotels for which I have paid much more money. The hotel isn't luxurious, but what I needed was a clean bed and a shower. AC was good and room was comfortable, and clean. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Quiet very comfortable beds friendly owner
The room was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. This is a No Frills place but the price was excellent and I think it was privately owned which means the people that work there actually care about what happens there.

On arrival we were given a room that had very dirty walls and there was hair on the bathroom floor. After complaining we were given another room that had patches in the bathtub and the walls were also dirty. The locks tumblers were bad and you had to spend several minutes trying to get into the room. The price for this room was 90 a night. This room was a 50 dollar room at best. Staff was pleasant.

I only needed a room for rest after working a 14 hour shift at a local sports tournament. Older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. Larger mini fridge and microwave in room were very helpful. Check in was easy and helpful as I came in very late. Would certainly stay again if needed.

It is an older building. The halls smelled strongly of air freshener and the doors actually had keys with plastic room number tags. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were great. The air worked very well but the tv stations were very limited. I really liked that it was off by itself and that there was a garden at the end. The property (outside grounds) need a little TLC and there was only coffee in the morning. I was never given a WIFI password and I don't even know if they have it to offer it. I was happy to spend the night. It very much served its purpose.

Best value for no frills. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower head in the shower is awesome, very strong. It fit our needs for a night stay, wouldn't stay here for a long period but would book here again for a short stay. The room was very quiet considering it's next to the freeway.
