It was a very nice property and the staff was very helpful until there were kids running up and down the halls and then the front desk never answered the phone. Luckily it didn’t last TOO long.

Although undergoing renovations, the property is friendly, clean. We had our 2 dogs and were given a great room near outside door.

We stayed with a pet and had wanted a king room but were told upon arrival we could only have a double queen per policy. The room they gave us STUNK HORRIBLY! We had to go and buy fabreeze to help with the smell. Booked the hotel because the hot tub and pool were open and after one night, everything was closed because they were remodeling. Very frustrating!

The staff at this hotel were nothing shy of amazing!!! So friendly and welcoming. We were in town for a speed skate meet and breakfast wasn't going start before our skaters had to leave so the staff had grab and go breakfast for them ready at 6am. So accommodating and sweet. Will definitely stay again just because of the hospitality

They're in the middle of remodeling some rooms. Our family stayed in a newly remodeled room. It didn't appear the furniture was new though. First floor hall had furniture stacked outside the rooms. Our room was clean. I liked that some pillows were firm and some soft. The bathroom setup is a little small. The staff was very friendly at check in and checkout. It was nice of them to have togo breakfast bags for those of us they knew were checking out before breakfast time.

Great stay for great price
Very spacious room. Very clean. Customer service was excellent - requested two extra bath towels fairly late in evening and was delivered very promptly. Clean fridge, clean microwave and clean sheets. Only complaint was the fire alarm went off briefly early in the AM - not sure what that was about but caused us to be awake for about an hour
