"At check in the lady wasn't very pleasant. When I asked why the amount I was charged was different than what I was told, she tells me there's a 2.50 fee for credit card processing. Who still charges the consumer a processing fee? We got to the room and I immediately began checking the room for cleanliness and bed bugs. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! The room was exceptionally clean! The rooms are older and it's easy to tell that but for what you pay it can't be beat. The bed was comfortable as well! Breakfast was a little disappointing. Oh and we booked a king room for two guests but there was only one towel and one wash cloth and no bath mat. The young lady who worked later in the evening was much friendlier."
