About what I expected.

Our check-in was a little delayed because Andy, who was on duty, was swamped when we got there with phone calls and another traveler needing his key-card reprogrammed. Andy was courteous and tried hard to deal with the seemingly difficult customer on the phone and serve the ones in front of him at the same time. I felt bad for him. Otherwise our check-in went smoothly. The room was simple; no amenities other than a bar of soap so make sure you bring your own toiletries. The king-size bed was reasonably comfortable, the sheets were clean and the shower was clean and that was really all we were concerned about. It is not a destination hotel. But for someone who only needs a comfortable, clean bed and a place to take a shower, it was fine. The noise level might have been a problem if we weren't so tired from traveling all day. You could hear all the noise in the hall (and there was lots of people being loud early in the evening) and you could hear the traffic from the highway. Check out was simple. There was a machine that dispensed coffee located in the lobby but I didn't try that. The hot tub had a sign that said out of service but the pool was being used by some families and looked very clean. The room had a microwave and refrigerator.
