Would not stay here again.

The hotel room needed updated badly. The entry door had to be forced hard to get it to latch closed. The bathroom door would not slide closed and had several holes in the door. The bathroom fan was falling off of the ceiling. We put up the do not disturb sign and the housekeeping person came in anyways. Reported issues to owner and he just stared at me.

entry door is perfact , yes we know abt bathroom door, we order already those door, thanks you r not staying in future at my hotel, u guys r complaining before even went to hotel room so i didnt surprise on your comment , yes my hotel is not ritz,i bought hotel two years ago and i m doing lots and lots of update.

Old, but cute. Needs new bedding, but a good price

Driving back to Michigan from Arizona and need a place to sleep for the night. The place was clean, but could use some updating and a little TLC. I would stay again if I was in the area because it was affordable for the area.

Far from Sedona and fleas in bed.

Pros: Easy parking. Close to freeway.
Cons: Offer continental breakfast. Don't have fleas in the beds! The windows are pretty old and hard to lock - didn't feel safe leaving my belongings.
Location: Close to freeway. One lousy restaurant across street and a gas station. 45 minutes from Sedona.
The hotel advertised being close to Sedona - it was at least a 45 minute drive away. They tried to upgrade the room by modernizing the bathroom but the hotel is pretty run down overall. Also one of the two beds had fleas - we reported to them when we left but they seemed unconcerned. We won't return here. It wasn't worth saving the money as opposed to a hotel in Sedona.

Thanks for staying with us. Our rooms remodel in december 2016, new carpet,new paint,new lighting ,new bathroom,new window curtain, new bedding, new door lock,new tv, i dont understand abt ur comment run down hotel, only we didnt change in hotel is furniture.

Nice hotel low price

The only thing that would have made this better would have been if they offer breakfast. Huge room, private bath, private patio with nice view.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Room required a bit of maintenance
Location: Ideally placed for exploring surrounding area and towns like Sedona and Flagstaff.
Vey pleased with the overall facilities and very friendly staff. Only downside which was superficial, the motel needs a bit of maintenance.

Great value

Pros: Staff and cost
Cons: Mattress toppers really bothered a few of the guests.
Location: One restaurant open in the winter, & only until 8:00PM. We got there just before 8:00 and they made us our meals to go. All 4 meals were excellent.
Looked for rooms in Sedona and this motel came up. It's an hour away from Sedona, not sure why expedia included it with Sedona rooms? That being said, it was far cheaper, and after the hour drive, was clean and staff were very friendly. Basic room with memory foam mattress covers on the beds. That bothered some of the guests. Other than that, great value, good service.
