“From the moment we walked inside the cabin, we loved it. The front porch was so inviting and welcoming. I loved the patriotic theme and peaceful charm of the decor. The cabin was carefully decorated with a mix of southern hospitality and love of country. The swimming pool was wonderful and the grounds were immaculate. “This is a property that will not work for everyone, if you are use to a luxury environment this is not it. If you want to fish, enjoy lake views, jet ski, enjoy camp fires, read, relax and do some self introspection this is it. Not a pamper yourself type of party. Now on the other hand the Host Gary is magnificent and extremely responsive 5 Stars all day, he truly cares about your stay. Goes above and beyond the call of duty!”

“The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again.”

“We had an amazing weekend! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway and was right on the lake making us feel completely at peace. One of the highlights was catching catfish right from the property, which added an extra layer of fun to our trip. The RV itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. “We had another perfect stay at the tiny homes at River’s Edge. The location is perfect and boat launch was easy with my 27’ tri-toon. The houses are immaculate and have everything you need. A few steps to the water and the some of the best meals on the lake at the Tiki Hut. The entire property is very well maintained. We will definitely be back.”

“After 3 days riding cross country, 5 motorcyclists spent a great 3 nights at "The House On The Lake". Wonderful place, lots of charm and loads of lakeside deck...and our own pier! The covered parking was a huge bonus. Nice place to clean the bikes and keep them out of the elements. Surrounded on three sides by water on a placid lake - it was a terrific place to recharge. Highly recommended!”
