The room smelled, the carpet was damp, the soap was opened, one of the towels was used, and there was a dirty sock on the desk. Just gross.

Acceptable for the price paid
Hairs found on top of toilet tank, sink faucet water pressure very low, Only 1 room key was given. Breakfast is fresh but without much selection. Photos of room are an accurate image of what you will receive. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The room was very dark and to be honest not very large. I think 2 people would be stepping over each other. Staff was great. I did request another lamp but never received it. I had to cross the room to turn on a light.

Great stay
The staff member went out out of their way to provide a shower chair for us even though we did not request an accessible room. Staff members were very friendly. Good breakfast choices. Bananas were perfect ripeness.

Our room had a terrible musty smell coming from the AC and the lights looked like they'd been thru a war. The front desk did attempt to move us to another room, but nothing was available. When I had to make reservations with another hotel the front desk said "that place is disgusting." Not helpful for a family traveling with a small child they could not accommodate.

Would definitely stay at this location again!! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Enjoyed admiring the owners rock with crystals behind the counter and thought it was pretty cool he had this and we were up to rockhound.

Right off of I-65
Great stop if you are needing a place for the night. Hotel could use some updates, but our room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff at desk when we checked in. Places nearby to grab a quick bite.

My husband, myself, and 3 children used this location as an overnight stop to break up travel for a 14 hour drive to our vacation destination. It was “cheaper” than a lot of options in the area. We just needed quick, convenient, right off the freeway place just to sleep. It did just that. For the Expedia price, it was exactly what we needed. A clean place to stop around 11:30pm, sleep, shower and get back on the road around 8:30am. The kids even ate breakfast! (Provided by the hotel!) they had waffles and toast with fruit and juice. Not 5 star by any means, but was in a safe location and the beds were comfy. Would stay again if traveling thru and needed a stop!

There was no fridge or microwave in the room as advertised, the TV had no service, and there were ants all over the room. Very disappointing. Would not recommend staying here. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they weren’t in but that they would contact me later that day. Never heard back from anyone. Poor customer service and follow through. I don’t usually complain about things and typically roll with the punches, but this was just so disappointing.

breakfast was a waste of effort
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food options were non-existent. Only bread, jam, milk, two kinds of cereal, frozen waffles, and coffee. The juice machine did not work. No other food offered--and we went to breakfast both mornings of our stay by 7:30am. Photos in ad are deceiving.
