Perfect location

The location is perfect as tram is right outside the door and you are in walking distance to many locations. Rooms are a nice size and rooms were very quite at night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good option for 1 night stay.

Pros: Close to the intercity bus station.
Cons: The toilet is too small. We waited sometime for checking in. The self-service laundry service is too expensive.
Location: Not much, but you can either take a couple of tram stops or walk 10 minutes to the intercity bus station for everything you may need.
It was okay overall. I booked for the location and the price.

Dirty rooms, little to no wifi, not at all central

Pros: The website is impressive but misleading.
Cons: Wifi, cleanliness, service
Location: It was a solid, 30 minute walk at a brisk rate to central station. It was adjacent to busy roads and my window opened onto a busy tram station crowded
The first room I checked in to had pipes leaking from the bathroom over the floor. I attended reception and was assigned a new room immediately which was half the size. It was late in the evening, and exhausted I accepted this trade off to retire to bed, but no wifi. I called reception and advised this would be corrected immediately and they would phone me back. An hour and a half later I called them, to be advised I needed to return to reception again, I postponed until the following morning to retire to bed. The next day I attended reception and was advised they would email IT to organise wifi for my room. I also expressed my concern about the filthy bathroom which smelled like a men's urinal, and was advised this would be attended to immediately. I was out for the day and returned late that evening to a still filthy, smelly bathroom and no wifi. I was exhausted, elected to wear footwear in the bathroom, and try again the next day. I pulled a cutting board from the kitchenette which was covered in some brown chunks of food, and what looked like orange juice. The floors were filthy. The bed incredibly uncomfortable and all in all a really unpleasant place to stay.

Great value hotel, parking is limited in the hotel but you still can find street parking nearby the hotel.

Smell in the hotel room

The hotel provides great selection of drinks in the lobby and gym was great, but was disappointed with the swell of curry when arrived.
