I love Hilton Munchen. It’s one of the most luxurious Hilton Hotel I’ve ever stayed. The staff are very friendly and well trained. Looking forward to stay there again soon.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station, a DM that can be accessed underground, Sixt car rental, and an Aldi’s. We never went to the Aldi’s, but we did go to DM and rented a car from Sixt. Unfortunately, we thought we were going to be able to validate the parking the two nights that we were going to be using the rental car. The hotel charged us for the parking during our entire stay. When we brought up the issue, we were told that there was nothing they could do because the parking lot is public and does not belong to them. We were charged $141 for this and were not able to be accommodated or reimbursed. That said, keep it in mind if you decide to rent a car for a shorter period of time than your entire stay. The hotel was clean and we had the maintainance team come in to clean the room daily which was nice. The beds are a bit hard which caused some back pain. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which is nice with kids. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel. Just keep in mind what I mentioned above.

We really enjoyed our stay and the cleaning people for our room were fantastic. They really did a great job every day. The concierge was also very helpful as well. The hotel was clean and we would definitely stay there again.

Not the Hilton service I expected
Love the rooms and hotel but very poor service at breakfast by an south Asian waitress that’s so rude and grumpy. Most of the breakfast staff were more pretentious than genuine so I’m not sure if it’s some discrimination going on. Housekeeping was very fast and spot on

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the S Bahn station, you can take a lift to the hotel from the station Rosenheimer. The Hotel is neat and clean. You have super markets next road. Bus and Tram station close by. There was a complimentary nuts at the time of check-in. They provide only two water bottles, we stayed for 3 days. No toilet accessories in the room. The breakfast was good but repetitive. On last day we had pretzels. The staffs were good and helpful.

The Hilton Hotel in Munich City Center is an ideal location for exploring the city, thanks to its convenient train station below. We were pleased by the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. In the charming neighborhood, we felt safe walking around and enjoyed the great restaurants and friendly locals. The staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly Mr. Shabashi, who is a true asset to the hotel. He went above and beyond to assist us and provided guidance on how to get to our desired destinations, answering our questions promptly despite being busy. He even accompanied us to the kiosk to purchase tickets for our trip to Vienna. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was also extremely helpful, although we regret not obtaining his name. His attention to detail ensured that our train journey to Salzburg and Vienna was flawless. We would also like to mention that all the front desk staff, especially Chiara Meloni, responded to our inquiries with a warm smile. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will undoubtedly stay here again on our next visit to Munich. Tony and Ana

The Hilton was a fabulous choice and we are so happy we stayed there. We had two rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every staff member we encountered was professional, helpful and friendly. The gentleman at the concierge counter was so helpful and is a true asset to the hotel. His knowledge of the city and information on traveling to Salzberg via train was incredibly helpful. The manager at the front desk was so helpful and extended herself and staff when dealing with us. My daughter was having an allergic reaction, and the manager (sorry I don’t remember her name) went above and beyond to make us feel safe and feel as if we were not alone in a foreign city. It was around 9 pm and she gave me her direct number, and if symptoms worsened, I would be able to reach her and they would arrange someone to go to the pharmacy. The hotel was immaculate and nicely appointed. The restaurant in the hotel, the Mona, was a nice place to eat and relax. The shrimp, monkfish, and risotto dishes were delicious and our waiter was wonderful. The hotel bar was a fun and great place to end the day with drinks! This hotel is perfectly situated above a train station which made getting around Munich so easy, and a quick walk a few blocks away were wonderful restaurants. The Hilton was an easy 25 min walk to the Old City Center or 2 stops via train. We highly recommend the Hilton.

Munich city Hilton was fantastic. We had adjoining rooms which was nice to be able spread out. It was located right next to train stop. A quick ride to Marienplatz-5 minutes. I would stay here again.
