Shower Temperature control not working

Cons: Shower temperature control need to be fixed. Also, please add a ice cube maker in hotel.
We have been staying in this hotel for few times. This is a the worst one. Some how, the temperature control for shower is not working properly. It change from very hot to very cold for no reason. We wish to make a complain, but our friends ran into the same problem. Therefore, we believe it is no use to even mention to their staffs. This hotel need to check their facility in each room. It is getting old. :(

Good Hotel close to City Centre

Hotel was clean and comfortable.. located 15mins walk from the City Centre.The hotel bar is a good place to relax and is open until 1:30am with good variety of drinks and food...Does get busy , we managed to get a large corner sofa..and lounged.The bar staff were very polite and bought us a map and gave us tips on what to visit ..There are shops and fast take away outlets..(subway, chinese ) 5 mins away through the subway on route to the train station.. Will stay again here when visiting Munich.

Good location and comfortable

It's located in a very good location. Very easy to get around with access to all the S-Bahn services in Munich. There's underground access that goes directly from the S-Bahn station to the hotel. The room is very comfortable, clean and cosy. Services' friendly, great facilities - they provide all your essential needs. Very affordable with this high standard of comfortness.

Great Location

This hotel is located near a subway stop which makes getting to downtown Munich easy. There are 2 grocery stores in the pedway near the hotel which are good for picking up any supplies / food.

It is great location, with subway connect

Pros: The staff professional when check in polite considerate honest reliable beyond services but he want me having a great trip
Cons: May be station for printing and small snack lounge, should have more item and facility. Breakfast should have one Asian food i.e. Tom Yum Koong Soup,
Location: It s great place for shopping and travellng
I have a great experience with first 2 days staff offer help in train and transportation, advise for the new guest first visit to Munich regardless I am Asian gal or Western. Very respectful, with great facility for laptop and printing

Not a business hotel, noisy & building site on Sat

Pros: Location was okay.
Cons: Honesty of information before booking.
When we arrived we were given a twin room on the 6th floor when I'd tried to book a double. Luckily I had entered my loyalty card and the receptionist took pity and upgraded us to an "Executive Room" with a double on the 9th floor. That room just about had a view of the city, the one on the 6th wouldn't have, but the next building is being re-built so the main view is of skips and cranes. There is no view of the Isar River as claimed in some guides. Saturday morning the builders started work putting up another tower crane at around 7am! Looks like they have a way to go so I couldn't recommend considering staying in 2016 or 2017 even if you could cope with the very crowded and dingy public areas. We left a day early and went to a nice hotel. I no longer trust Holiday Inn as a brand.

Nice hotel but really noisy

Pros: Definitely location
Cons: NOISE NOISE NOISE
Location: Great for walking down to the river park for a morning walk or run and also right on the metro both in town and out to the airport. A nice grocery
I love this hotel....except it is incredibly noisy. The doors are hinged I assume for fire control but this makes them SLAM constantly all day and night. There is definitely NO napping during the day. And I have to complain about the maid service noise. If they happen to be cleaning a room next to you, they slam all the dresser drawers and slide the heavy wood hangers back and forth creating an incredible amount of racket.
