Friendly and helpful staff and a good location for getting around. Food was reasonable with plenty of options but never enough coffee mugs in the morning!

Parking lot broken. Steam room broken, sauna broken, no hot water. Expedia did not support us again. Hotel said we had to contact Expedulia for complaints. Expedia dies nit support its users. I am once again sorry for booking with Expedia

The only thing I didn’t like the parking lot they should have their own parking lot garage but when I arrived they said is under construction and I should looking in all streets to find spot it’s too difficult when you have to get back late night and have to looking around for parking spot. Overall the room very clean and house keeping very kind cleaning and changing towels and sheets every morning. They have amazing breakfast.

Everything was ok not that bad, the place is good and clean and the house keeps people are kind and very helpful. I didn’t rate for full star because I had an issue and the one of the staff her name is Alma was so mean. Because I booked through Expedia and it says the do have parking for 20E per night, when we arrived they said our parking lot under construction which means there’s no parking and they said you can park off street, and we checked when we arrived and there’s not spot at all , I told them there’s not parking and not spot that we can park our car, she said wait till night and there will be spot available. I told her I can’t I have two children with me and we tired because we drove for Swiss to Munich. I decided to cancel my booking and I contact the costumer service and they to cancel and refund my money, Expedia’s costumer service called the hotel and spoke with Alma which she refused to refund the money she was so mean and I explained to her it’s not my fault I’m okay to stay but the problem is where I can leave the car and it’s not our own car we rented from Swiss. Alma was really mean and didn’t help us at all. Which this is the only thing made sad , and stayed form 5:15 pm till 9:30 pm to find spot far away from the hotel to parked the car which was difficult day with all that problem. The person his name Mohammed one of their staff who works at night shift was very very kind and nice he’s very helpful and nice.

Excellent breakfast. Extremely clean. Kind staff. Nice pool. Close to the subway. Air conditioning and heat works well. Hotpot with tea and coffee in the room. Beds firm and very comfortable. Relatively quiet. No fridge safe or microwave in the room but not a big deal for me. The room is a fairly good size by European standards.

We have stayed here before and it is always an easy walk to the Uban and shopping. We were however disappointed in the water temperature of the shower as it wasn't consistent it went from warm, cold and super-hot never stayed at consistent temperature (we did have them check it) during a shower.

Bar good, the rest shabby
Without notice the car park was out of use. The offered alternative was to park on the street - two blocks away. Reception was shambolic (they had two rooms for me, my colleague who booked separately was down as a no-show), told me I couldn't have an iron and board brought to my room, but there was one anyway. Shower/bath mixer broken so shower pressure was awful, and water was tepid. At departure they couldn't provide my colleague with an invoice. Breakfast room was packed but tables were cleaned really slowly making it worse. At least the bar service and food were good.

A good hotel, does not have a warm swimming pool!
This was a good hotel. A few points though. Consider the pool as a iced or plunge pool rather than a swimming pool. The breakfast team forgot to turn on the water baths for the hot food. Otherwise location great and overal good for the price

Great location, quiet and very close to bus stop and U station. Staff was amazing and super friendly, the hotel was very clean. The breakfast option we went with was fantastic, and we enjoyed having the hot tea and coffee available in our room all of the time. The staff all really went above and beyod in all ways! We highly recommend!

Had to switch rooms twice as the heater wasn’t working properly, the balcony door fell on me and the hair dryers didn’t work. There is no laundry facilities and the stuff is rude and unfriendly.
