I stayed in a one-person room, which is unusual in my experience. The room is very small, but somehow doesn't feel so. Admittedly, I only had a backpack with me, so trying to open a suitcase in there might have been a challenge. The soap dispensers in the bathroom are very unusual, took me a minute to realize you just have to squeeze the bottle itself. Otherwise, a perfect cozy room with everything a solo traveler might need: closet, safe, comfortable bed, work table, excellent shower and so on, The complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of selection even for a vegetarian like myself. Check-in and checkout were very fast and orderly. Wi-fi worked fine in my room, didn't try it in public areas. The location is also almost perfect - just a few minute walk away from the old city and from the central station. I say ALMOST perfect only because something in that area, possibly tree polen, gave me a huge allergic reaction (never been allergic to anything before), requiring medical assistance, so the whole trip was all but ruined, but I don't believe that the hotel had anything to do with it - it started after I left the hotel anyway.

Hotel is good and front staff is pleasant but parking difficult and not on site. If you are driving a car be warned it is not easy or on site. They have a parking garage for you to use a short walk away. The block around the apartment is heavily congested took 45 min to go around the block to get to front of hotel and get our key for access to parking garage and almost another 40 min to go around again.

A group of us booked three rooms. These were all paid for in advance and booked separately on different days. We checked in online before we arrived and even emailed the hotel to let them know at what time we'd be there. When we arrived we were told that all three of our rooms had been given to somebody who had arrived earlier that day. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They told us to find another hotel.

We’ve stayed in this area before so we knew it could be a little noisy. That was fine. The location is what we wanted, the breakfast was good, the cleaning people made our room daily. Would recommend for tourist economical travel. We only slept in the room anyway.

Excellent location and service!
Excellent location for Oktoberfest and seeing the sights around town! The hotel was immaculately clean and service was also top notch. Beds were comfortable, though the pillows could be better, and we slept well. Air con worked REALLY well and was a major reason for booking the room. The only thing we would fix is that the doors were dragging on the floor in some areas of our room, which left large scratches, but that was a very minor flaw for is.We would absolutely book here again!

The staff were wonderful. The rooms are set back from the bustling street, which keeps them quiet. And yet that very bustling street provides for any shopping or eating or service or transportation need you may have.

Great property near the Munich Beer Festival but it was on a noisy street on Saturday night (when noise did not die down till 4am). Property was situated on a street with many Strip clubs. Sunday night was much quieter.

Close to Oktoberfest location/train station so it was convenient. The people that stay out late in the courtyard are quite loud. Mini fridge was broken I was offered to change rooms at inconvenient times so I never got a new one. More like a motel feel than a hotel. Good breakfast

Our suit was perfect for us, we made a few simple meals in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, location good. Only thing is it was in a noisy area and you needed to keep the windows closed at night. Stag were lovely, front seat and the cleaning staff.

vše ok, presne podle popisu, obsluha recepce milá, hotel kousek od nádraží, v "hotelové" ulici, v okolí spousty možností kam zajít na jídlo/drink kafe. snídaně bohatá, všude čisto. jediné, co bych mohl vytknout tak je snad jen okno do dvora, které když jsem otevřel, tak byl slyšeh hluk z klimatizací. při zavřeném vše ok

Awful, room was not available when I got there. Had to stay on a couch in the hotel next door. When the reception was eventually open, they used a master key to get im my pre-paid room and someone was in already in it.

The surrounding area looks a lot like a busy area with mixed ethnic crowd who looks intimidating with lots of mens standing around outside the street. Smoking was also very common in this area

Booked a conference trip last minute and had reasonable rates. Was pleasantly surprised at cleanliness and service. Served a great breakfast and an amazing coffee shop on the corner. good spot for dining and close walk to old town. Served purpose well and would stay again.

Great small room for one!
The place was nice and clean, fairly new. The only thing the room was very small barely enough for one person, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough, clean and having everything you need. The breakfast was great, clean with a variety of foods, very pleasant. I will stay there again next time. I believe A/C was listed, but there was none, so in the summer it could be a little hot. The window opens to a courtyard that is not the best view.

The hotel was within 5 minutes walking distance of Munich station. The area surrounding the hotel had many restaurants and cafes. The waiting staff at breakfast time should learn to smile, they had a miserable look through out my stay

Comfy and great location
The family suite was very spacious and comfortable! Each area has its own temperature control which we loved and was also in the heart of the city, So we walked everywhere. I entered with a different customer and check in was a little confusing as to how to enter the building and find reception, but the manager Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. parking was also a bit confusing because there seems to be only one stall for on site. The property was clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

Location was good, but it’s not in the best neighborhood, which we knew before booking but were lured by the price. I reserved a room with 2 beds, but upon checkin was told none were available…this made for uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. My other complaint was with our shower, which leaked terribly and flooded the bathroom. There was no seal at the bottom of the shower door. Rooms at the front of the hotel get all the street noise, so would suggest you ask for one at the back.

Thank you for your feedback. we are very greatful for the time that you've spent. the gaven discription speaks from the suite,which is designed minimalistic. in rooms we have only standing glass cabins .the issue that you pointed out is; the bathroom and dining room ceiling are in same level. bathroom is only 100 percent waterproofed when the door is correctly closed. nevertheless we check it again for sure,if every thing is running correctly. sincerely yours

Overall the hotel was good. The location was not so pleasing but the front desk staff was great at check-in. Parking was difficult and not on site. The parking card didn’t work and the front desk person the following morning was rude about the card not working but he did refund my deposit

The hotel room was comfortable , clean and spacious . It had a microwave , mini bar and kitchen sink. Kian at the front desk was always very helpful and willing to accommodate. Great location, walking distance to metro station.
