Check in was very disappointing. Then there was no staff at all at the hotel. Smell was coming out of the carpet, I don’t think it this hotel should be pay of VIP hotel.

It is a quite nice and clean hotel. The breakfast is really good. many options. Parking is easy on the site and free.

It seems recently renovated. Nice front desk that had our reservation ready in minutes after booking online. Clean linens, bathroom, towels and facility. Family room comfortable with 2 private rooms and double beds.

Lovely area to stay if you wish to stay a little out of the bustling city. Close to the S bahn station for direct commute to the city. Close to supermarket, plenty parking area. Lovely breakfast and staff. Room is a little dated but otherwise all is perfect.

We loved the cleanness of the property and neighborhood, but we couldn't access Wi-Fi WITHIN our room, which was very inconvenient. We asked a front desk staff to solve the problem, but none could help us. Also, we didn't get any housekeeping service even though we requested it by hanging it over the doorknob. Those two problems were so huge for us to come to terms with the fact that we just got unlucky.

Room 45 did not have a/c or a fan and it was uncomfortably warm. The room appeared old and in need of a remodel. The window was not latching properly.

Good but space for improvement
Checkin was easy and smooth. During COVID everything is a little bit different. Booked a Junior Suite but it actually didn't have a couch or a proper table to work. Defintely something to expect from a Junior Suite. Room has not been cleaned during the two-night stay.

Room has a king size bed and a king size sofa bed. Moderately comfortable. The room was spacious and had a small ante room with closet. Breakfast was varied, with hot sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes and various yogurts, cheeses and meats. I would stay there again.

Not Close to Munich Airport
Before you go to Munich, EVERYONE look up where the airport is. The airport is not near the city itself at all nor is it near this hotel. Sauerloch is a 35 minute slow train ride away from Munich proper and it's not even a nice ride. I booked this hotel seeing other reviews said they allowed early check-in. This was not our experience. Everything in the hotel warns about last minute scheduling (i.e. - taxis probably will not take you to the airport, which is easily 2 hours away on weekends.) The breakfast is so so and everything is exacerbated by the annoyed woman at the front desk. Wi-fi stinks as well.

Nice hotel near Munich.
Was there for 2 nights for Oktoberfest. We had a apartment, which was quite roomy and included a small kitchen and fridge. Across the street is a grocery store...and the train station is about a 5 minute walk. Munich is approx 35 minutes away. The town of Sauerlach was pretty quiet....but that’s not a bad thing. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff were questionably friendly in the evening but the morning person was pleasant. Other than that, it was magnificent. It’s in a great location close to the train station to get in to Munich, the room was spacious and beautiful, it is across the street from a grocery store and gas station, and very clean and high tech.

Poor internet but friendly and clean
People were friendly but internet was terrible and husband couldn’t download work he needed to do. Food was ok. Room crowded. Bathroom was huge. Lots of noise before 8 am! Leave blower, cleaning carts? People.did give us a days free breakfast for internet troubles though.

Nice stopover
Big room, right opposite a supermarket , the night time staff is exceptional friendly, the hotel has a resturant attached and althiught i havent eaten tgere but i have seen many customer. Free parking and internet. This is certainly a good stopover for salzburg
