Room was spacious. Booked for ocktoberfest. It was a 10 minute uber ride. The hotel is in a quiet area with a few resturants within a few blocks walk.

Good value stay during busy time.
Unable to check in until 3.00pm. No a/c. Wifi poor. Breakfast excellent. Bar good. Staff very friendly. Convenient walk to Olympic stadium.

The hotel was perfect for access to olympic park 2k walk away. Room i wish a couple more wall sockets to charge devices Would gladly stay again though as plenty of things and ammenities in the area

I was not given water heater for the four days I asked them. I was not even allowed to take coffee or tea even from the coffee machine but was asked to take only hot water. I have to carry from ground floor to 6 floor hot water in cups for my old parents but they refused to allow us to take it from the machine and sit on the ground floor and eat. Overall it was till now the worst experience in Germany. I regret for booking this hotel. Its not well connected from main station too. Its nearer to one of the tourist spot. Thats all. Otherwise i will not recommend anyone. This property should be removed from the corporate employee options. The behavior of most of the staff was very rude except one lady who really tried to guide me in seeing Munich 🙏 And we were not given wifi even for the entire 4 days. We had to shift one room as they gave a defective room on the first day. The second room was better, but had no windows just because it had a small balcony door. A very inconvenient place to stay. I felt very bad as my parents experience this in their first stay of hotel in their Europe trip. Overall in my 5 years stay in Germany, i have never got such worst experience.

This is not a 4-star hotel. We have stayed in 3-star hotels that were significantly better. Rooms had no AC, there was no room service and frankly the beds were not very clean. We were charged for parking yet had to park on the street because the garage door was broken. After it got fixed, we found the parking very difficult for getting in and out. Overall, we would not want to stay here again.

A Review
It was fine. The pictures don't really match the rooms, at least not our room. We requested by message, and had confirmed, that our room would have a double bed and city view. We got 2 twin beds pushed together and a view of the neighboring buildings bright yellow walls. We were told that we couldn't change rooms and all rooms were the same. The mini-bar / fridge was warm so not great for keeping food or drinks in. We also had some take-away that we wanted to reheat and asked if we could put it in the microwave for 2 mins but were told that we weren't allowed to. The room was very cold on the first night, and the radiator wasn't working. We mentioned it at the front desk and it was fixed later the same day, which was great. The location is good. Not far to walk to find food or drinks, and within walking distance of Marienplatz.

The hotel pictures and not what you are going to encounter. Hotel is not bad but is not the best. Overall it was cheap and the bartender/server was great with us!

This hotel was okay but when I booked it, the reason I chose it was because it talked about the terraces and I even put a note requesting one. When we got our room it didn't have a terrace and unfortunately was across the street from a youth hostel that was very noisy. Overall though it was a good location and had a nice breakfast. The bathroom was a bit strange too with weird plumbing.

This feels like only a 2.5 to 3 * hotel. If you rent a car, don't park at the underground parking, especially if you have a medium to large size car. The space is super narrow, unless you are a very skillful driver. Don't know who design the parking. The bathroom has air ventilation, so if you take a hot path, the entire room will be like a steam room. :). The building looks old and many stains in bath tub and sink. The blanket has cigarette burnt.

Hottest period in Munich
Hotel was in a great location with easy access to the city center and the motorways. The only criticism is that there was no AC or air mover fan in the rooms. With temperatures at 30 degrees C at times it was difficult to sleep at night. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

Reasonable hotel
I stayed here before in a different room. This bed however was uncomfortable and the pillow hurt my neck. The food in the hotel is good and staff are friendly. Normally it is not expensive so would not complain, but last week it was.

A convenient place to stay
I stayed at this place for 2 days, very clean, friendly staff and convenient location. Metro station is 10-12 mins walking distance. You can walk to Marienplatz in 30-35mins.

Clean but not organised and held us to ransom
I emailed the hotel before I left to confirm everything and they said they had no record of my reservation and then I arrived they didn’t have enough rooms despite what my hotels booking showed. Then spent a long time initially telling me that I was wrong, then finally after an hour of deliberating they finally gave us a room. Then there was an accident in one of the rooms and a side table was broken, they wouldn’t allow the guys in that room until they paid 200 euros for an MDF side table that had no more value than €50.

OK hotel, disappointing restaurant
We booked this hotel last minute due to a change of plan. If you are looking for a place to crash for the night this place is sufficient. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff did their job. Restaurant in the hotel however, was very disappointing. We had dinner here - food was substandard, a bottle of water was 7.5 Euro (which we found out after the bill came). Breakfast buffet next day - food was not re-stocked, only food scraps in the hot plates and little selection in the other items.

We paid for a room for 4 and got a2 twin beds,and,a sofa bed. Not appropriate for a 4 star hotel. Were denied etra pillows,and towels. Horrible. There was excrement on a ll aroynd toilet and the cleaners rwfuswd to clean it.

Nice hotel, reasonably central.
This hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Munich, so long as you're fairly fit. The room was huge and comfortable, great shower !

Clean hotel, staff were pleasant. Needs some updating, my room was quite large. 25 minutes walk to nearest underground station. VERY noisy,loud bangs from nearby business. When I stayed there were screaming children, take earplugs. Room smelt of cigarette smoke from outside.

Completely disappointed
This was my last option for a hotel room after my flight was canceled. There were no other rooms available in all of Munich. I felt that this hotel was WAY over priced for the quality and condition of the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was no air conditioning, and the room was noisy. I barely slept at all. On top of it all it took me nearly 45 minutes to check in because the hotel seemed to only have one person working the desk and there was a line of 6 people waiting to check in in front of me. When I got to the desk she asked me to take a seat and wait for 5 minutes more while she took a break. I have never experienced that before. Overall I was very disappointed in the entire experience at this hotel.

Good location
Very good size rooms and very clean. The car park was €13 a night which in my opinion was expensive as I would have thought the parking should be FREE for people using the hotel. And the car park was small and very tight to drive my 4x4 in and out. The breakfast I also found very expensive at £15 PP so I took my family to mc Donald's 5 min walk and paid €13 for my family of 4.

The worst hotel to stay
The room has not ventilation. Not air conditioner. There is only a door to the balcony. The location is not conviniente. Is far away from the city center.
