My family and I stayed here and while the property looks decent, the rooms were not cleaned. The floors were disgusting and one of my pillows had what seemed like blood on the pillow case. They did not look like they were switched out or cleaned so I had to go to the receptionist and get a new set of pillows. That made me weary of the cleanliness of the bed that me and my children were laying on. Luckily we only booked for one night.

Had a lovely time! It was my first trip to Germany and out first ever holiday together as a couple. The room was great, the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. We arrived slightly earlier than planned but the staff were happy to let us check in anyway which was a great bonus and also when it came to checking out again they were happy to accommodate us by letting us leave our bags with them until we needed to leave for the airport. The breakfast was brilliant! And really easy to navigate (especially as we didn’t initially book it with our stay). Would definitely recommend this place!

Key cards had to be reset at the front desk multiple times because being near any sort of magnet deactivates them. The shower also unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. Otherwise the breakfast was a real highlight with a good selection and the bed was pretty comfortable but nothing special. The TV didn’t have any smart features (only standard broadcast channels) but the wifi was reliable. The location is very convenient only a short walk from leonrodplatz

The hotel was in a great location. Easy access to all transport links and also easy to walk to Olympic Stadium. Rooms were clean and modern. No noise at all was heard even though the hotel was on the main road. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again when in Munich.

We arrived early and they let us check in right away, because the room was ready. Good location, about a block away from public transport that quickly takes you to landmarks, museums, etc. Good value for the price.
Friendly and attentive staff. Glad we stayed there.

Nice hotel with very large rooms. The air conditioner does not cool the rooms so they were very hot at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Great location next to public transportation. Bonus fridge in the room.

The train stop was not even a block away, so getting around was easy. It is a little far from Old Town, but doable.

As you'd expect from this level of hotel, clean and functional. I do wish they'd clean the tolms a little earlier in the day though, 4pm is a little late; clearly they focus on vacated rooms first, but still.

Had a good trip to Munich and hotel was well situated near to 2 tram stops. The rooms had fridges in the rooms which were very handy. Nice large shower and decent sized room. If I was being very picky I would say that the decor could do with a freshen up, but overall very happy with the hotel. Would stay here again for definite.

Convenient to Tram and Olympiahalle. However, felt every spring in mattress, and the only bad meal i had in Germany. Some staff not English speakers but they tried.

Overall, we enjoyed our two nights here. We were on the 6th floor and both rooms had LARGE windows. The blackout curtains were great. We could hear traffic however just before checking out we noticed that a window was open. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the facility was following COVID requirements. We could easily hop on public transit and walk to the Olympic site from here.

All of our rooms are equipped with heating under the window and air conditioning. Since the air conditioning system is controlled by an outside temperature sensor, this is switched off during the winter time. However, the heating can be controlled manually by the guests.

Have been staying in many hotels in Munich. Over the years as we visit family. I think we have found the one hotel that has everything in a lovely area to explore. Thee only issue I had which is a personal reference was the pillows, which I can live with. Would highly recommend, staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, service could not be better. Rooms a good size. I booked the basic/comfort room. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Trams tun to and from Munich centre regularly however we preferred to walk.

The hotel and room are nicely furbished and modern, rich breakfast options, polite staff, easy public transportation access.
The room was not properly cleaned (had garbage from the previous person staying in the room, dusty furniture).
