Simple but clean, convenient and fully soundproof from S-bahn trains outside. 1 minutes walk to the underground station into the city center. Large supermarkets and numerous cafes/bars right outside. Will book again for its convenience and simplicity. Thank you.

Hotel and staff lovely. The area is super well connected to go everywhere really , lots of places to eat and shop around. The only issue I had was loud banging noise every morning at around 7am which woke me up each time..could not figure out what it was! Other customers? Delivery drivers banging on the hotel door?

I selected this location because it was close to an S-Bahn that takes you to the Munich airport. The rooms that face the tracks can hear the S-Bahn run every 10-20 minutes. It was nearly impossible to get any rest before my flight the next morning. It would be good if B&B could do something to reduce the noise.

This place was absolutely great and just perfect. Outside.. it’s right exactly at SBahn and UBahn stops and is next to an amazing breakfast and pastry shop. Inside.. the lobby has internet connections, charging stations, food and drink. Oh, the daily parking garage only 5 euros! Rooms.. clean, neat, tidy with very comfy beds.. super happy with this accommodation!

Quite fair and constructive comment.
Ok/Good. It, s a no frills bums in beds kind of place. Interesting electrics in room. Honest, polite, discreet service. Unobtrusively helpful as and when required. Friendly staff. Whilst i quite enjoyed the stay and the hotel fulfilled its purpose , if you want The Dorchester or The New York Plaza, you stay at those places and pay their prices.

Ok property, well connected to public transport
Location away from the city centre, but well connected by public transport (S1 and U3) - still, given it will take good half hour each way it may not be a journey you make multiple times a day. Property is clean and reasonably equipped, with bathroom in good condition. The room was rather small, very little space left in addition to the bed. Even with these narrow rooms the curtains barely cover the width of the window, leaving quite a lot of light get in in the morning. My room was on the 1st floor, away from the railway so fairly quiet, but because it was right above the street (and a cafe on the ground floor) when I left the window open, there was frequently cigarette smoke coming in, which was annoying.

Great value, clean and transport links outside
Excellent budget hotel - clean and modern with very good transport links to all of Munich right outside the door. Hotel very quiet despite being right next to the railway line (you dont hear the trains unless your window is open and even then theyre not very loud). Wifi worked in our room as well as hotel Nice bakery adjacent to hotel for breakfast at a sensible price too. This is my second visit to this hotel and will definately look at this hotel again in the future if I am in the Munich area again

Great time
The location is was perfect för me , nor in the center of Munich neither long away. The room was clean and Cody . I really enjoyed my stay . The complementary tea and coffee in the room was a plus . I would definitely stay there when I come back in Munich

The staff was so friendly! They allowed us to lock our bags in storage while we explored. I got the balcony room and it was great! Very close to public transportation which is why I booked this place.

Staff are excellent. Hotel is like travel lodge basic but has everything for city break. Spotlessly clean. WiFi very good. Condition of hotel very good. Outside little cafe, and restaurants plus supermarket. Hotel is next to railway station so take S1 direct from airport and then at station less than 100 yards to hotel. Hotel has good soundproofing so station does not bother you. At station is underground and within 20 minutes into city center. Trains run every 10 minutes. We got 4 day city card which covered all transport. If we visited city again would go back to hotel.

Munich solo trip

The location is great. It is right next to the S-bahn and U-bahn. While the S1 train was not always reliable, the U3 was very dependable. There are several bakeries and restaurants nearby as well as a very nice grocery store - Kaufland. I would highly recommend this place; it is very basic but clean and the beds are comfortable.

One thing we did like was the coffee area in the room :) ... the room is average for the type of hotel in Munich ... it was clean but small and bathroom only has a sliding door ... the area is busy but a lot of shopping available right by the hotel ... our room was out to the street so it was a bit noise even with closed windows ... staff was friendly and parking in the garage was good ( Euro 10 a day ) because on the street is nothing available ...for a short stay O.K.

It’s near to the Metro station. Our room is facing the railway so it’s quite noisy when the train passes by.

For the price we paid (due to Oktoberfest timing) this was not great but had we paid the normal pricing this would have been good value. Rooms were clean, bed was a bit stiff but comfortable and transport access was great.

Location is great , really close to subway (U3 Moosach station), big supermarket is just few minutes walk. Cafe, bakery, and restaurants are around the hotel.Comfortable bed with compact room size. The weak point is toilet and shower room are separated with shared slided door. Another strange is shower room layout, there is no shower box but same level floor with the washing area and the room. Drain in my room is not that good and then flood from showering leak into the room.

I'd actually give this hotel 5-Star review for what I paid and what it is. It's perfect for the budget traveler. You must keep that in perspective. **The PROS: Super affordable, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The location is pretty far from the Altstadt but the transportation there and to the Hauptbahnhof is pretty easy, with multiple methods of public transport available either in front or behind the building. There's a small shopping center at the end of the block so it's easy to find a cheap breakfast and there's a great döner imbiss across the street. **The CONS: Rooms are tiny, probably the smallest I have ever stayed in. I stayed with my daughter so we pushed the twin beds apart, which took up most of the space. We slept with the window open and the rail noise may bother some people but not us. The hallway carpets were heavily stained and need to be cleaned or replaced but the room was just fine. I may opt for a more luxurious hotel the next time we are in Munich but I would not hesitate to recommend this place for the budget-conscious traveler. It's a great value for what it is and the price we paid.

Rooms get HOT in summer, AC not effective.
The hotel it self is modern, unfortunately the air conditioning is not very effective. After our first night in a sauna of a room, we were able to swap to another room. This room was not much better and the shower drain also had a blockage. We stayed for three hot nights, and would only stay here again during a cooler season.
