This is a very quiet hotel if you get a courtyard room. The room was overly hot and we couldn’t regulate the thermostat. Breakfast is pretty good but I wouldn’t say it’s worth 20 euros.

We booked this hotel on short notice since our original hotel was not very nice. Very clean, spacious rooms and great, knowledgeable staff. Hotel is very close to train and bus stations. A little further away from Marienplatz but there was still a lot of shopping and places to eat close by.

We visited during Covid 19 - the hotel was very clean and there was good protocol re social distancing etc. Very close to everything and quiet. Beds very comfy. Would liked to have had coffee/tea making facilities.

Good location just a few blocks walk from the U6 line. The rooms were spacious and clean. Wish there was a mini fridge and at least some lotion in the bathroom.

Hotel building site!
The staff are lovely and try to solve issues however don’t book this hotel until at least July 2019. There is major building works being carried out both inside and outside the hotel. We arrived for a 3 night stay following a mega journey USA, London Munich. We were woken at 0800 to drilling etc. We had been given a first floor room. The lovely staff moved us to the 5th flor which helped greatly. Our friends were also on the 1st floor and opened there curtains to find workman carrying out duties right outside! The lower two floors should either be shut or offered at heavily discounted prices. It is basically a work site. Should Accor hotels respond to this review with a more precise date of when the work is finished then that shows a lack of customer care as this should have been made clear in the first instance. I suggest you choose another hotel. I am not silly enough to say I won’t use this brand again, I use Accor hotels frequently however this brand has gone down in my estimations. Once again thank you to the lovely, friendly staff, you saved the day, I suggest your management team visit to learn good customer service.

The whole hotel is under construction. You cannot see the entrance from the street, as it is behind a crane and a pile of construction materials. The workers make noise early in the morning. There is a bad smell of paint and air coming from the sewer floating through the corridors. If a hotel is under construction, it should state so clearly before booking rooms and it should lower its prices accordingly. As it stands, I paid full price for a bad experience. This is dishonest.

Very handy location just a short train journey
Nice hotel very comfortable and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and facilities were all what you would expect. Currently though it’s being refurbished so there is scaffolding out side and a Crane. Parts in side are sectioned off. But none of this impacted on us. Heard workers talking out side our windows one morning but it wasn’t early and they were just getting on with there job. Only gripe I have was shower wasn’t very powerful. Which made it difficult to wash. Friendly staff , helpful. Enjoyed staying there and would again. Nice little bar next door by the way.

Disappointing
The front of the hotel is currently covered in scaffolding and the rear 'garden' is a building site. The cement mixer started at 9.15am and spluttered on for hours. The room was average but the air conditioning did not work well and we had to sleep with the window wide open. The first day the hot water was not working. The 4th & 5th day the lift was not working and we had to carry our bags down 4 flights of stairs. On the positive side it is well situated in Schwabing with local restaurants and close to the U-Bahn station.

Was in this medium-sized Hotel for three nights in a single room. Everything was fine incl water kettle in the room for early morning tea. Lovely garden for breakfast and great Korean restaurant in house. Noisy street but excellent soundproof windows. Very convenient location.

This hotel has decent staff and clean rooms. The location is not the most ideal for tourists, however it is a short walk to Münchener Freiheit. If you find it is cheaper to stay here than other hotels in the area, it's not a bad idea. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as other hotels at the same price point.

Pros: very helpful and kind staff, good location, good transport and shops, comfortable beds, spacious bedroom Cons: our room was on the road and the traffic and city noise was very loud; the shutter system, which is electrically operated, would come on spontaneously in the middle of the night and early morning, letting light in when not wanted; the bathroom was very small and cramped and had no ventilation or fan to remove condensation and doors; the shower glass enclosure over the bath leaked and the toilet flushing system was not operating well; the room cleaning happened fairly late in the day, after 1pm

Ok for a business traveler
The air conditioning did NOT work in our room whatsoever. It was very hot so we had to open our window for cooler air. Leopoldstrasse is the Main Street through Schwabing, so it was very loud with the windows open. Plus, people were smoking right outside the front entrance of the hotel, and the smoke blew into our first floor window. The TV was great. The double room was not ideal for a couple. The bed was rather small and quite firm. There was only a bed stand on one side of the bed, not both. Breakfast was good, but very overpriced at 16 € per person.

Nice hotel, close to everything
My stay here was wonderful. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A 1 mile walk to the English Garden and a couple of train stops from Marienplatz. I would definitely recommend this hotel !
