Excellent staff, very personable and friendly! Special shout out to the front manager who went out out of his way to deliver fantastic service and ensure we had a great experience. We certainly appreciated that and it stood out! Located only minutes from the airport with shuttles every 30 mins makes starting your departure easy and without hassle. Wifi is excellent.

Excellent overall for MUC

Pros: Restaurant, staff courtesy and efficiency, location (convenient to MUC), price. Overall consistent reliability, a big deal for us - staying here ofte
Cons: Some very minor details in the room looked a bit tired (then again I had the basic room this time, and even recently upgraded rooms were much better).
Location: Just excellent to MUC
Excellent to MUC, in particular superior food a self-rewarding indulgence after a long drive. Staff : quite simply outstanding. Can get expensive during week when close to full (but others also more expensive in these conditions so still likley worth it). No-brainer during week ends when prices more reasonable. Food is reasonably priced, and accurately prepared. Happy.

Close to the Airport

Pros: The Staff! Two thumbs Up
Cons: Keep on doing what you are doing
Location: Walked to the Netto store......that's about it
I arrived early in the morning, and took the shuttle over to the hotel (separate issue) once I got to the airport I was greeted at the front desk by a gentlemen that was very nice and spoke English. Being that I arrived before the standard check in time he located me a room and got me checked in. After that overnight flight I wanted to shower and take a nap. Refreshed and came down to the restaurant and bar......the staff was amazing! The Chef was outstanding! Must say glad that the restaurant is in the hotel because I really didn't see any other places to eat in that area. The breakfast the next morning was superb! Again the staff was amazing and ensure I did not need or want anything. I stayed 2 nights and had a great stay. My only issue was with the shuttle transportation that I paid for on Expedia.....First waited like 45 min for the shuttle to even come(sign says every 30 min) now I paid for a round trip to and from the airport. On my departure day I checked out and showed the front desk my invoice from Expedia that I had paid for a roundtrip ticket......she tells me "we don't use that shuttle service) in which I had to pay 9 euro to go back to the airport after I had already paid. Other than that I had a wonderful stay.

You are right that there are just two super markets in walking distance and an Italian restaurant (which you can’t see from the hotel). But the public bus in front of the hotel parking runs into the village centre and there you can choose from a number of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. Maybe you can try it out next time. We are sorry about the confusion with the shuttle bus. As we don’t sell shuttle transportation through Expedia, would you mind to let us know more details in order to clarify the situation? Small nice hotel close to the Munich airport

It was a good hotel. Really nice and helpful staff. Perfect stay for a quick layover in Munich by the airport.

A good overnight experience with shuttle each half hour to Munich airport. Drinks a little expensive but food very good.

Close to the Munich airport, long term parking

Pros: Location, convenience, new facility
Location: Erding spa, Munich city sights, wildpark Poing, Garmisch and more.
Overnight stay during travel in southern Bavaria. Nice and clean facilities, comfortable rooms, good restaurants in the area. We were very pleased with the services.

excellent stay

Pros: mostly staff courtesy and reasonable to superior facilities
Cons: some front desk trainees are a little "green" and prone to errors. understandable and not a big deal, still a source of disappointment
Location: just perfect to MUC
excellent stay as usual. food is super (key reason to b ehere)

Won't work for 3 people in one room.

They don't have any roll-away or extra beds at this hotel.

Dear guests, Thank you for reporting your impressions. Actually, we don’t offer rollaway beds as the rooms are too small to accommodate them. For two adults and a small child would be one of the twin rooms suitable (two separate beds with 1,20 m width) or a baby cot in a room with kingsize bed. On request we offer in addition family room bookings (book two rooms – pay one).
