The first night experience was very bad, I checked in after 10pm and the room assigned to me was hot because the air-condition was not working and a lot of noises from the bar two levels below my room were heard because one of the windows is faulty (can not be closed). Although the front counter staff offered me a fan, free breakfast and free wifi immediately (the hotel was fully booked), I was disappointed and started to explore to stay in other hotel for the next two nights. I changed my mind after the general manager Mr Becker met me in the early morning next day. He explained that the air-condition was working but not as effectively as expected because of the high temperature in Munich (about 33 degree). He not only offered sincere apology but also had great service recovery plan. I was very impressed and it turned out to have the best experience staying there.
