Check-in and check-out unfriendly. Glass shards in the room AFTER room service was done. Limited number of towels, coffee was not refilled and just one per person. Bathroom not clean. Location is good with easy parking and easy public transportation into city center.

While the staff was quite helpful and professional they dropped the ball on the Air Conditioning. Apparently the owner has decided that the air-con can only be set to 22C or 72F, no cooler. So for those of you who like to sleep cool, you will be out of luck unless it is cool enough outside that an open window will cool the room, but then you have to deal with street noise. We found it hard to sleep with the big duvets on the bed and were constantly kicking it off and pulling it on. No way to sleep. I must applaud Germany for their conservation of energy. We saw many ways that they have used thoughtful ingenuity to conserve energy, but this was the only hotel that sacrificed guest comfort. The location was perfect for us. Maybe 50 steps to the underground, and a massive shopping mall. Lots of restaurant choices nearby too.

Good place for shopping area
The check in was quick although initially i was informed my room wasn’t ready (this was at 5pm) but the receptionist was very nice and also when she found it is my birthday, she arranged for a fruit platter as a birthday gift. I was disappointed when i requested a bottle opener as it I wasn’t available in the room, and even with many calls to the reception and going down to the reception, I didn’t get the opener. The place is next to a shopping mall and many restaurants around. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely go back in the future.

Really disappointed in the hotel. I called them before arrival to say that I will not be able to stay the whole 3 days that I am there, to which they refused to change my booking. I was told they will speak to reservations to make a change and get back to me- they never did. They took 3 nights payment for 1 night stay when I was there 10:30pm check in and 7am check out. Unfriendly staff, won’t be staying there again.

Great location, very clean!
This hotel is great. The location is right by a subway line that goes straight into downtown Munich. There's a mcdonalds and grocery store downstairs and lots of bakeries and cafes. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and bathrooms were nice too. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

Great stay clean and friendly
The front desk staff were friendly and responsive and the breakfast restaurant staff was perfect the girls really work hard and are friendly

Excellent location for ISPO. Staff were super friendly and helped give me recommendations on how to get to places, etc. Provided for items to make my stay more enjoyable, such as a power adapter. Great location literally next to the subway station.

Good stay of 5nites: 8.5/10
Beside the U-bahn, very accessible 20mins to munich main station and marien platz old town, the hotel is also next to a good mall for food, supermarket or shopping, and it’s next to convention centre. The hotel is clean, efficient and friendly. Cost of laundry wash is affordable. Breakfast is ample, love the very fresh fruits, sausage, different cheese, jams, mini choc croissants and coffee. Only issue is that the hot water kettles we changed are still not so clean, after boiling water there are white floaters as it cools down, so we bought from supermarket instead. Going to airport is only 30mins via taxi we booked at good price online as we have heavy luggages, otherwise the train system is also very convenient.
