Excellent hotel, close to the airport.

Pros: Everything, but specially the food.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Very close to the airport (around 3 minutes).
I arrived to the airport and looked for the shuttle. You have to pay 1.40 per person. It was very close to the hotel. The hotel was amazing. So beautiful and comfortable. The food was superb. The staff was very polite. I was in Europe for 15 days, and it was definitely one of the best hotels I visited.

Great Hotel Close to Munich Airport

Pros: The staff are extremely kind and friendly.
Cons: The stuffiness of the room.
Location: If you like short ribs and happen to be in the Munich airport on a Tuesday, you must go to the Airbrau restaurant for short ribs.
When we got to the hotel, Sandra, helped us check in. She was so very nice, as the airlines had lost a piece of our luggage, and she she offered us amenities, etc. She also gave us many tips on travel into Munich the next day, etc. Sandra certainly is an asset to Novotel!! the room was neat and clean, but my only negative comment, is that we had asked for a nonsmoking room, and the room, to me, smelled of old smoke. We ate at the bar that night and the food was very good-pleasantly surprised, and our bartender was warm and engaging. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Novotel again!

Staff issue

Good location. Easy access by bus. Only issue is the staff in general - which doesn't look happy at all (check in, restaurant, etc). The rest, very practical hotel near airport.

Clean rooms next to the airport

Cons: Could be little quieter. Shuttle bus could be good, but the public bus was ok.
Nice clean rooms. Pretty modern rooms. Hotel staff was good. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The bus ride to airport was quick but it was not a hotel shuttle.

Clean, comfortable hotel near Munich airport

Pros: Proximity to the airport. It is also close to train station and has convenient bus service to and from airport.
Location: The visitor viewing park (Besucherpark) is about 15 minute walk from the hotel with great views of airplanes coming and going.
Hotel is in a business area and is well appointed. Rooms were very clean, and staff was helpful. I ate at the restaurant several times and food selections and quality was very good. Bus service from the airport is via the 635 city bus, which seems to mostly carry people to/from the parking lots adjacent to the hotel. At the airport, walk to the transportation center (MAC) and wait at bus stand #1. There does not seem to be a charge for riding to the lots, as no one pays when boarding. Be sure and board the bus with Novotel in the destination, not the bus continuing on to the next terminal. Buses run every 20 minutes.

nice hotel but a little bit to fare to the airport

Pros: actually everything , especially the check in and out time 12-12 ( coming from Asia 11-15 ) this is quite convertible
Cons: right now can't I can't think of anything
Location: this hotel is good to take a night's rest before the trip back suited me perfectly , but it's not good for shopping or a night out
the staff was very helpful and the room spot on the only encovenience is the distance to the airport ( need to ether take a bus - public - or a taxi

It was terrible, have a look on rules and cancellations policy. In a point of my trip to go there, there was a thunderstorm. I could not arrive in time, they cancel the booking, there was no returns and also there was no way of having me the remaining nights on the hotel. All monies gone, no room, not even an apology. I could not call them before, because I was in a transatlantic flight.

Modern and Convenient

Pros: Beautiful design, fair trade soaps, cool lighting/design
Cons: The gym was too warm but we were able to use a fan to cool us down. The shower stall design -- no enclosed door got the floor wet.
Location: Perfect for catching an early morning flight - convenient for travel!
We needed an airport close to the airport for an early flight. This one was a 5 min bus ride from the airport. We were able to buy tickets when we checked-in which was super convenient. We were very impressed with how modern, clean and comfortable our stay was! The gym and sauna were nice as well. Had a corner room and it was perfectly quiet for us.

Great hotel but could not find our reservation

Great stay, however they could not find our reservation details at first and spent a whole day worrying we wouldnt have a place to stay that evening.
