The location was good for an exhibition we went too. The room had a terrible smell and the church bells rung everyday at 6am. The staff advised the bar closed at 11pm but we was kicked out 9:30-10pm each night not even allowed to sit in there if the bar closes. The staff was so friendly and nice and the hotel was clean.

The hotel is nice and well kept. It's a little far outside of Munich, but the bus & train make traveling into the city easy, and the amount of money saved by staying here instead of in Munich can't be ignored. There is a nice restaurant nearby (ironically inside of a different hotel). Breakfast and beverages are available here, though it costs €10 each morning if you want to eat. The rooms are nice, secure, and the area is quiet. Overall, it's very worth it. I stayed for 4 nights for less than the cost of a single night in comparable hotels in Munich. 15 minutes on a train into the city didn't matter anymore at that price point. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Munich or any of the surrounding towns/areas, particularly if your stay is more than a single night.

Good value. Clean, well-kept. Soft beds. No traffic noise. In quiet rural neighborhood. A good night’s sleep. Parking fee is 5 €.

Clean, nice room. The breakfast is good and plentiful. We took the underground so a steep 5 min walk to hotel .

It is a 15 min walk to the U2 station or a bus comes by once an hour that connects to the S line if you are without a vehicle. Otherwise nice staff and a clean room.

The hotel and staff are so amazing. Around the hotel there are a lot of walking paths and a man made lake with a beach. So beautiful

Horrible stay
This hotel was overbooked and sent us to their sister hotel in Munich where there was no air conditioning, rooms were very small and dirty. Rooms across the street from train station and noisy. Only stayed 1 out of 2 nights.

Staff have extremely poor attitude, no coffee/tea in rooms. Bed was broken, bar closed at 10pm, reception closed at 10.30, only one key per room, breakfast "hot" food was always cold, poor selection of breakfast. You would think it was being run by someone who has no experience in the hotel industry.

Please reconsider
I found cornflakes below the bed when I arrived. Furthermore, the staff at the reception desk were not particularly helpful on arrival. Although I had arrived before check-in time, they could not spare a room for 20mins for me to nurse. Furthermore, there are no further facilities to get a quick shower. The hotel is not very accessible.

overall friendly and helpful staff. Martha exceptional service. Great for Messe attendants not so much for Munich tourist although bus and S Bahn to Munich Center quite speedy.

Great stay and close to transportation
This hotel was well maintained, clean and super friendly staff. 10 minute walk to the underground station and a 20 minute trip into Munich central.

Rude front desk people. Free parking was not free.
Check in people were rude. Check out person was rude. Were vague on where to park. Stated on Orbitz.com that parking was free it was not free. Did not stay a second night because it was hell but was charged for it. Will never recommend it or stay there again. Terrible experience.

Booked two nights, it said it was a triple room, it was one room. The front desk people were rude. Only stayed one night and still don't see a credit for the 2nd night. Very pricey compared to other nicer hotels in Germany. Orbitz said free parking. They charged us for parking.

Mediocre hotel worsened by poor customer service
I had a snafu (that may or may not be Expedia's fault; that is TBD) and was double-booked for one night. Staff would not budge and still charged me twice for one night. I know it's a business and they must follow the rules. It's just hard to swallow. Would have been helpful if they tried to work it out with Expedia; instead I have to deal when I return home. Overall OK rooms. Wish they had coffee and tea facilities in the room. The hotel would benefit from having a convenience store or something in it bc nothing else is around it other than residential homes. If you need to go to the city center often as we did, this is not the hotel for you. Distance to Metro station is tolerable, but on a bad weather day or carrying many things maybe not so much.

Location as expected. Warm weather late June. No a/c. Room warm and near front of building. Room fine clean comfy with bath. Problem noisy! First am about six awaken by very noisy Asian tour group waiting to depart on bus, second morning again about six awaken by very loud trash truck and other loud vehicles. If stayed again would request room at rear of building. Are in restaurant for one dinner and all three got different than ordered. All in all not great experience. Void have fab dinner at Italian restaurant nearby in Haar!

Hotel and staff very good, location not good
Hotel facilities and maintenance is very good. It is away from the city centre and the ICM congress as it is along walk. However the cost is cheaper and affordable. If one is looking for activities in the city centre it is not ideal place to stay, but if you have activities in the ICM may be ok.
