This is quite a nice hotel, BUT I do take exception to the taking of a 50euro deposit when there is no bar or restaurant or mini bar. On checking out I was told that this amount would be removed from my card. This was not the case and I had to email a week later to request this. Still it was not done, the consequence of which was I could not pay for my last European hotel bill on my desired card. I had other hotel bills where the amount was re credited, so I cannot understand why this was so difficult for such a large hotel chain. At the end of the day it doesn't matter how good the stay is, if you have to chase a hotel regarding financial matters during your holiday, then the stay was definitely not worth it!
