Convenient location

The receptionist are all kind and enthusiastic, she even free offered a late checkout for me. The decorations are also great. There are just 5-minute walk to metro station

Excellent comfort and location

Pros: Gulsah ( reception staff) made such a difference with her amazing customer service skills!
Location: Hotel is just 2min walk to the underground station and only 5 stops away from the central station & centre which is like a 15min Journey!
We booked in for 4 nights. There were two reception staff absolutely helpful and friendly - Gulsah Akylz & Johannes Eichhorn - amazing PR and wealth of knowledge on suggestions on places to see and eat ! Hotel is just 2min walk to the underground station and only 5 stops away from the central station & centre which is like a 15min Journey! Amazing bakery round the corner and a supermarket too! The only disappointment was that - There was a discovery of an unexploded Second World War bomb and all hotel members were asked to evacuate at 8am on a Saturday morning for the whole day! The hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for this disruption and inconvenience. A free late check out or a free meal ( breakfast) the next day would have been nice. I understand that evacuation was not the hotel's fault however we have paid the full price and was unable to use the hotel or its services for a full day - so it is the hotel's responsibility to compensate for that and keep the customers happy!

Clean upscale interior boring neighborhood

The hotel is too far north in schwabing for a busy street feel. The u station is right there though for easy access to the altstad. The more pedestrian zone of the neighborhood is about a 10min walk. Not too far but still feels removed. Otherwise great property and staff.

It is a nice hotel, good services, good Spa! Souna and swimming pool, good food, breakfast, Lunch and dinner, clean and air frish in room! Good Business facilities and nice location for my business! I deal with this hotel more than ten years since it was before Belongs to Marriott! This hotel is comfortable and twenty four hours room services!

Located in the North of the city, the location is perfect for those wanting a quiet place to stay but easy access to the city.

Almost perfect hotel :)

Cons: nothing
Location: acceissible to train station...which connects to everywhere else in Munich...
everythings perfect about the hotel; from the friendly and informative sfaff to perfect location (just 5 mins walking to underground train)

Convenient, Quiet and Large Rooms

This is a fantastic hotel. When booking I worried that the hotel was a little too far out of the centre of the city but with a U-bahn underground next to the hotel, it was actually how very convenient for all our travel. The hotel itself was clean, the rooms were large, and I loved each had a balcony. My only complaint is that we were above the main delivery area and we heard trucks underneath once or twice. Outside of that, it was in a quiet area. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Very good 4 stars hotel

very good stay. The hotel is spitless. rooms very comphy . Only strange thing is that the minibar in the room is empty. In case you want a soft drink you have to go down to the lobby and purchase it there. if it's 23:45 it's annoying.

Luxurious rooms, great service

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Munich. It is just a few minutes by rail from central Munich. We have stayed at Pullman Hotels previously and appreciate their luxurious accommodations and excellent service. Our included breakfast was the best in our travels. Also love their C O Bigelow toiletries!

Very good hotel

I've stayed at Pullman twice and will defenetly go again. Hotel staff was amazing, rooms very clean and comfy and location really good. Just a few steps away from underground witch go straight downtown.
