A perfect stay for convenience
A good conveniently located hotel close to the train station. Communal areas classic is decore but rooms a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was included and a great array of food!

Just ok. It was probably very nice in its hay day but it’s a little run down now. However it was clean so no real complaints as we stayed only one night. Very convenient to the central train station and the Lufthansa bush shuttle to the airport. Also close to Augustina Keller Restaurant which I highly recommend.

Meh. Very meh.
Needs friendlier staff. Needs paint and an update. Quality is questionable at best in a BUSY loud area that rackets on 24/7 but it IS super convenient to the hbf.

I love to stay here!
The hotel is not too far from Munchen Hbf, there is lift in hotel, so it’s very easy to take all the stuff that you bring. The staff also very nice. I love to stay here!

Close to all, especially the central station. Breakfast is excellent, staff are the greatest they even let me borrow umbrellas and will definitely go back to this hotel.

I didn’t like the room itself. Quite noisy and dated. Carpet was not clean. No free bottle of water (different in double rooms apparently). Room was non smoking but was smelling of cigarette

The property is very close to train station. It was clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was good too. A bit old fashioned but no complaints.

Octoberfest visit.
Good location very close to the central train station. Lobby is ok and it’s on a corner which was convenient. The room are in poor condition and the carpet is very old and stained. The hotel needs to be renovated.

Close to Oktoberfest
We stay here every year because of its proximity to the tents at Oktoberfest. It’s always been an adequate stay but this year the rooms seemed extra worn down and there was only one available outlet to plug in our items. There was a fan in our room, which turned out to be necessary to block out the noise.

The property is just a few blocks from the main train station. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Do not stay in an economy room unless you ask if it’s been updated. At first we were placed in one that had not been updated and it really needed a lot of work. Once moved to the newer room it was much better. The beds are comfortable. I liked the location to walk to and from the train station.

Stuff was very friendly. Breakfast is very good ! Room itself is terrible , elevators are very small and you have to wait for 10-15 minutes to get down or go up. Definitely will not suggest to anyone with kids to stay there. Parking is terrible there. If you are with a car , don’t stay there , very dark parking garage But if you are by yourself it just a couple , it’s ok. Convenient location, next to the transport and close to the museums. But very load at night because of the train station. Not pleasant experience overall.

The staff was very helpful. Although it was unfortunate that there was a Wi-Fi improvement during my stay, Wi-Fi was perfect except one day. Breakfast was delicious and the food variety was very wide. Generally, I had no problem communicating with the staff in English.

The location of the hotel was good as it was beside the main train station. However it seemed to be a poorer area, a lot of homeless / people begging / sleeping rough. Also immediate bars and restaurants in area were poorer quality. Service & saff at the hotel were pleasant and helpfull. Breakfast was good and had a good selection of food. The room condition was effective but poor, bathroom door was worn, one window taped up and both windows not closing fully, so street noise was very evident. WiFi in the hotel was poor with frequent loss of connection.

Not bad, not great. Good value
A good bargain hotel for the area. It’s a bit dated and worn down. But the room is spacious and breakfast was better than expected.

It is a classic hotel. So, facility was as expected. A light-ball was out. Expedia stated that the room has a double bed, but it was not true. It is difficult to trust Expedia.
