Great Service and fantastic room, could potentially add chairs on the balcony though.
There's is a subway nearby, tram and bus close as well. Fantastic pool and gym area
Stayed in a suite and recommend it for 3+ people. Plenty of bathrooms and a kitchen make it an excellent choice for a group. Also very private which was excellent during Oktoberfest.
Out stay was short but well worth it. We got a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room which had a great view of Munich and the Olympia Park. The balcony was a nice touch. The pool was nice and on the top floor with an amazing view of all of Munich! The gym and spa are on the same floor and offer the same amazing views. The property is a short trip from downtown, with ready access to underground subway stations and taxis all around. Definitely worth the stay.

Our air conditioning was very poor and the body wash in the shower ran out and wasn’t refilled.
We try to stay at the Sheraton Arabellapark whenever we are in Munich. It is so convenient with ample street parking and subway access, offers a great breakfast buffet, and I just love the 1970s style of the hotel. Plus the 21st floor view of Munich are unsurpassed.
The hotel was dated. The room was nice but needed a deep clean. The front desk was always really busy with a long line and only one person assisting the guests.
Not within walking distance to all the attractions.
Stayed here whilst getting surgery nearby. Post surgery rung reception to ask if someone could bring a bucket of ice up for the swelling as I’d just had surgery and was told to come down and get it if I wanted some. Used the iron and flames shot out the power cord. A tired run down building that’s clearly seen it’s prime. I wouldn’t stay here again.
We were standing in line for 45 minutes at the reception waiting for check in. A group of people came behind us but got to check in first. Breakfast is decent but there were flies and ants near the tables.
It was good! Service was great and they were really accommodating. Not a lot going on in the area, but it’s near the subway so you can take it to downtown. Good amenities!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
It was very central for my needs. The room was quite nice. There was no milk for making tea. I had to ask for a bath Robe and Slipper. Shower gel was empty. Mini market was closed. Balcony looked very dated and was dirty and covered in pigeon dirt and a ripped pigeon net was hanging down from the Balcony.
Gym, pool. Sauna, dining excellent.
View from pool excellent.
Gym 24/7 excellent
Breakfast excellent.
Negatives
Slightly dated /worn carpets, decor, but still very acceptable.
No 24 hour proper tea , coffee dispenser, just cold drink machine, again ok but would be convenient.
Staff attitude, helpfulness , professionalism 10/10.
Misleading and misinformed and not aware that the hotel is under renovations when booked and had expectation to enjoy the hotel, spa and restaurants to find only the spa was open no restaurants and very poor service - paid extra for an empty mini bar! Dont know what was the point of taking extra money for what products or restaurants????
Unimpressed with the hotel, it’s nothing special. For a third of the price there are much better places to stay in the area. Wi-Fi. At £10 is rubbish and intermittent so you buy the expensive option..
The check-in experience was a total disaster. The receptionist, Johan KJ was super slow I had to wait 15 min to be seen , he didn't bother to ask a colleague to come and help him , he was totally beside subject . When I complained to him that I never encountered something like that in Marriott brand hotel he blamed corona virus for this. In the end someone else attended the desk beside him and my work colleague who was behind me in queue got all formalities done before me to prove a point....
Nothing that I liked.
Rooms are not modern at all.
Restaurants and bars are all closed! there is nothing but lodging. when asking for a place to have a drink or eat (other than breakfast) you are sent to a neighboring hotel
Coffee was instant - not good quality. Expected lot more from a Sheraton. No hot tub - only an okay pool. Pool area was not very well kept. Messy and not very vibey.
