I booked this hotel at the last minute after leaving a hostel. Check in was swift, staff were friendly and helpful and the place was good value for a nights stay. Highly recommended.
We had a nice stay! Friendly staff, good rooms
, and Breakfast was great for the price (8 euros per person). I would recommend!

Pros:
-Place was walkable to Octoberfest
-Staff were really nice, we came early at 8.30am and they assisted us to check in. Really appreciated that.
-Breakfast was hearty!
Cons:
Room was a little tiny for 3 people. :(
Not much amenities.

Small but decent hotel. Walls are very thin and it’s pretty noisy at night. They have an elevator but it only goes as high as the 4th floor - I was on the fifth floor with a heavy suitcase.

Clean and comfortable rooms close to Theresienwiesse. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Marko, who helped us during check-in and when we locked ourselves out of our safe.
We stayed because of the location to Oktoberfest. But it was filthy!!! There were what looked to be black beard shavings EVERYWHERE in our room. Even our bed, sinks, floors. The hotel in itself smelled so moldy. I wore white socks and they were black on the bottom from walking in our hotel room. And leaving the your room key at the front desk every-time you left felt like an invasion of privacy.
Arrived at Midnight, very friendly receptionist helped us load our car into the underground parking lift located down an alley way rear of the hotel.
Hotel was old but well located,at a good priced & clean & comfortable.
Breakfast was great at a bargain price of €7 each.
Car parking €10/night.
Noisy in the morning starting 7am due to construction work around the hotel.
Other than that was a great stay we booked 2 rooms for the family which cost less than one room in most hotels in the area.
Room was clean. Was quite hot as no air con but window does open fully. Would be very hot in summer. Two pillows would have been nice. Not all rooms have been updated like the ones in the photos. Breakfast was nice with lots of options. 30 mins walk to city centre or close to transport. Staff very good.
The location was good as it was a 5-minute walk to Hackerbrücke station. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced at €7pp. Free fresh coffee available 24/7.
All staff were very helpful and polite.
Not a great stay. There are construction projects next door and across the street. Combined with housekeepers working before 8am, it wasn't the best conditions to sleep any later. Room was small, but ok. Didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment about the food. Overall, the hotel was ok. But considering the high price this time of year, it wasn't worth the price of admission.
Cannot fault for the price. A/C for summer months is an issue as with most of the oldish Munich hotels

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Negative:
No aircondition but i think that’s the standard for germany
Can’t open the window because it’s very noisy outside
Positive:
Close to transpo
Free coffee 24 hours
Shower room that can be used after checkout
Walking distance to the oktoberfest site.
Amazing bakery right in front
Overall the hotel doesn’t have that appealing look but if you only use it for sleeping than i think it’s perfect
Hotel was fine, cheap and cheerful but perfect for what we wanted, breakfast buffet was also quite cheap and very nice in my opinion. The only downside was the very uncomfortable pillows.

Nice, central hotel for a budget traveller. Close to the main station & tram stop, small but adequate rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Shame about the building works going on next door. Still, a pleasant experience.
The hotel was clean and there was everything that one needs. The breakfast was good for the price paid. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to especially thank Martha the receptionist for the excellent help given throughout our stay.
Our room had a balcony, which was a great surprise. The area is really nice – loads of interesting places to eat, street art, and close to centre on the tram. The staff were really helpful and relaxed. Having a fridge in the room was a nice addition. Only criticism is the shower, which was too small – I kept turning the water off when I moved! And the water pressure was quite low. But we had a great week in Munich and really enjoyed the hotel and Westend district!
I stayed for 8 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a small fridge. The walls are not sound proof but there was no noise when i was sleeping. There was a place to launder clothes, restaurants and a shopping mall very close which was excellent for me. Breakfast was $4€ each day and not as good as the photo showd but ok in the end. I would recommend staying here.
Staff helpfull and professional. There wasnt AC in the room, it was ok to sleep with windows open not too noisy outside. Bed confortable and clean. Continental breakfast offer is totally worth the €4, for us it was more than enough, good Coffee.
