Just a great atmosphere with a very friendly staff. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Mouscron.

Somewhat remote. Not really walkable to dining or downtown. No early check is difficult if after an early morning cruise ship disembarkation. Charming to be on the old ship though.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Absolutely worthy for a 5 star rating! Staff was very accomodating and honoured our request of switching to a superior twin room from a superior double room. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and size much wider than a typical "twin". Enjoyed our stay very much.
