Quick check in. Luxurious hotel. Underground parking but we parked outside reception. Huge room. Very comfy bed and duvet. Huge bathroom. Big unit for suitcase. Separate desk and chair. Nice bath shower. Pretty artwork on wall. Big seating area near lift. Bit of road noise in room 101 which faced the road. Recommend requesting a room facing the back. Hotel has a nice looking pool but we didn't have time to try it. Would definitely stay here again.
We have used this hotel a couple of times and it has always been good. The restaurant and cafeteria in the same block are very good as well. And lots of fast food nearby if that is what you want.
Short drive to centre of Lorca and on a bus route.
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet hotel with good views over the park and grounds. Only a short taxi ride to the old centre of Lorca, and with a number of eateries nearby. Near a Mercadona and close to the A7 motorway.
Nice hotel of a good standard. Beautiful pool. However it was set in an retail park area and long walk to find bars and restaurants. Otherwise friendly staff and reasonable bar pruces. Breakfast
Was good quality and plentiful.
Not recommended! Shocking service. The pictures are misleading for this hotel. Many of the most appealing things on offer (in the pictures) are not generally available for use. The hotel itself is ok but the attitude of some of the staff was appalling. We made a complaint verbally which was entirely shrugged off and then we made it again via email which was ignored. For this reason I certainly cannot recommend this place if management cannot respect their clients. Not good.
Comfortable room... I slept great so the beds must have been decent;)
Front Desk person helped us with drying our laundry in which I truly appreciated that:) Would stay there again.
Great customer service, nice, modern, clean hotel. The only only little thing, is they have plastic mattress covers on the beds which made it really loud to sleep next to each other. Breakfast was good too. A bit chilly out to try the pools but they looked great from inside.
The hotel is very clean .we arrived I the afternoon there was no more sunbeds left as all the local people had taken them .we had to wait till someone left which was about 3 hours .the local people brought there own pick nick .so it didn't benvite the hotel .when we complainted they said there's nothing they can do.as we are the paying customer we should have been first to have the sunbeds.we wouldn't go back to this hotel again as you no the customers come first but not in this case.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were so helpful and pleasant, they made us feel very welcome and created a very relaxing and professional atmosphere. The food was a bit disappointing due to the rather unusual opening hours and the rather canteen type furniture in the cafeteria ,however there is a good breakfast every day and the local bar just across the road is good.
If you are planning to visit the castle and the town it is a taxi ride away.
Hotel is in an industrial area of Lorca
Opposite a garage very noisy.
There is nothing around the hotel so unless u like to walk or drive u r stuck.
They say it's seasonal what that means the hotel has no facilities to use the spa and pool both are closed which means you have nothing to do this should be made more clear in there advertising as most people book on the what is advertised.
They run on with few staf this time if the year.
Room is clean but they are dated there is
Tv everything but English stations. The say room comes with tea coffee facilities but u have to get them from reception.
Lorca is a bueatiful town many attractions fantastic views but to enjoy your stay look elsewhere.
I found the staff exceedingly helpful (Elena)I felt she went above the usual customer service, it was very much appreciated .She is a credit to your hotel.

Lorca is sadly a place one really doesn't need to spend much time.
I was hoping to at least get a manicure and pedicure since it was a "spa hotel", but even that was not available.
Easy to find. Location not desirable. Not sufficient temperature wise re hot water for shaving. Food mediocre. Hotel sufficient for a stopover

Modern clean hotel with an over-priced breakfast
Nice modern clean hotel, optimal choice for over-night. Common breakfast, just simple buffet with less vegetable and fruit, it should be better for price 11 EUR/person. Two nice swimming pools in the garden surrounding the hotel, but both extra-paid!
Stay was good for a stop over from Granada. Comfortable room, bed and good bathroom. Breakfast was very good. No boiling water for breakfast tea. Otherwise good.
hotel amaltea
was over all very clean and friendly staff
gardens beautiful , but unfortunately not the right weather to use them
down side
spa in both hotels shut
no tea and coffee facialties available in rooms as stated in room information
and the little cafe on site shut on the Saturday afternoon and did not reopen till Monday morning
so after a lot of trying to make my self understood ,we eventually had a kettle brought to the room
for the price the hotel is good value but you will need a car to get in to lorca , there is a bus stop out side the hotel
but due to our lack of Spanish we could not find out where it went

Strange place, good quality for money
It is a bit of an odd place with scary paintings on the walls. It's a great value for money.
Resort location in the middle of a commercial area
Stayed one night while travelling from Tarifa to Barcelona, booked room due to location next to autoroute and rate. Surprised to find a resort like setting in a commercial area - Ford dealership right next to hotel. Hotel grounds are very nice with an excellent large pool area with poolside bar, can't tell the hotel is in a urban area. Rooms and decor is a little dated. Had dinner (restaurant only opens at 21:30!), was meh! at best. (limited choice, no wine list !?).

Old fashioned hotel with overpriced Facilities
This is a hotel for the Spanish. They are not welcoming to tourists. The staff speak no English. They wanted 20 euros to use the pool. I have never known a hotel charge residents to use the pool.
There is a noisy main road and the traffic will keep you awake all night
It is also right by a petrol garage which is very noisy.
The general area is run down and depressing.
The only issue that I can see at this hotel is something around like agriculture production components, that constantly push some ugly smell all over the air around, and inside hotel. I don't know if this is temporary, or all tome season, but the last year on my stay there was the same, otherwise a nice place and very nice people at reception, also important.
