Beautiful Villa with private pool in the best area of Cabo de Palos (Las Amoladeras), 100 meters from the beach, with large garden that surrounds the entire house to enjoy with family and friends, (350 m2 of land) The accommodation is 100 meters from the Mediterranean beach. It is easily accessible to all points of interest, the town center and to La Manga. It is located on a little busy, away from street noise, but in a very convenient location. The promenade runs along the beach of Levante, very lively in summer, and reaches the Faro. And if you prefer, you can visit the most secluded and quiet Cape but equally appealing coves. Cabo de Palos is a rugged coast fishing village, with low houses, port and areas of typical restaurants in the area, where you can enjoy fine cuisine. From the emblematic lighthouse you can see the beautiful views of La Manga and Cabo Palos. It has air conditioning (with cold and heat pump) in the living room and in the bedroom suite, with fans on the ceiling in the other bedrooms. Very spacious and bright, very fresh orientation for summer, a cozy porch for outdoor dining with table and chairs for 8 seats and sun loungers. It has fixed radiators in the living room and several portable heaters for the rooms. Fully equipped for a perfect holiday. The large garden has natural grass and a pool 8x4 m 50 cm deep up to 180 cm. Fenced in 2 sites for child safety. In addition, 2 vehicles can be parked outside the garage roof. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace open to the garden, kitchen with all appliances of a modern house, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower (Suite type). The first floor has 3 more bedrooms: 1 large bedroom with bathroom (suite), 1 double bedroom with terrace, and 1 double bedroom with 2 beds, 1 shared bathroom and a large distributor.

A fantastic villa in the perfect location for the beach, Marina and Amenties

A fantastic weeks stay here in Oct 2018. 4 adults and 2 children. Fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful outside area in the perfect location. Communication was 1st class. Would highly recommend

Great villa & handy location

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in September 2017. The villa is big with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in a quiet residential area. The pool is a good size and the gardens well kept and of good size. Mar Menor is a great location, with the villa being a 3 minute walk to the beach or shops. There are very good restaurants in the area, especially at the marina which is a 10/15 minute walk away.
