Although there's still a little peeling paint here and there, the recent renovations and upgraded breakfast allows you to overlook the bit of roughness that has not yet been addressed. Very nice owners and staff.
If I had to fault something (and it's certainly not going to be the great coffee) it would be that there is no bottle of hand sanitizer at the breakfast bar. I think it's just a good idea since so many are handling things every morning. Most people are thoughtful, but not all. Also loved the Beekman bath soap.
