We did have some problems this time first room Ac leaked a got carpet all wet they moved us second room tub would not drain they are recarpeting entire first floor I think think should have been put in website at breakfast you had to fight for table

The place has everything a traveling family or person could need and it's lovely. The breakfast was to die for.

Friendly hotal staff. Very responsive and always ready to assist you to feel at home. Good breakfast. Large rooms and are very neat and tidy

I Love New Hotels and this is Far from that.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Total remodel.
Location: Ok.
This Hilton needs to be renamed and old and seen better day hotel. There are a few Brand new hotels next to this old Hilton. I am going to write the owner, John Q., a letter about what I saw. Even the morning I left, there was plenty of garbage around by the front door and a tooth flossing stick, how can people just toss them down like the other papers out front of this OLDER hotel. Somebodies nail clipping on the bed in our room, wow. Not Cool.

nice hotel close to shopping

We had a clean room with plenty of space. The pool was indoor and not crowded. The kids really enjoyed it.

Nice hotel but unfriendly to Expedia and users.

Pros: Clean and modern.
Cons: Opinion withheld.
Location: Convenient
Arrived at 3:40 and was told that because we booked through Expedia we could not check in. When we asked if we could go ahead and do the paper work we were told no. Our room was not ready. When we asked when it would be we were told in 20 minutes. Throughout many years of frequent travel we have never been denied early check in, some times two or three hours early. To be denied because of a booking source raises multiple questions.

I am sorry we did not have any suites available for early checkin on the date of your arrival and for the confusion regarding the actual checkin. We often checkin guests earlier than our checkin time, but we are unable to check a guest in to a dirty room. Since we are a large convention hotel, sometimes we have the majority of our checkins arrive before checkin time which takes up all of our clean rooms. This can push back the checkin time for guests arriving early. Thank you for your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve. We look forward to seeing you again.
