Nice hotel

Mold in the shower Handicap shower. Allows water to get all over the bath room floor. Cold water in the shower Bummer!!

Wonder hotel minutes from everything

Easy check in, easy check out. Everything was clean, and the staff was very polite. Will be staying there every time I'm in the area

Very nice stay

My wife and I stayed here as we brought our daughter up to MTSU and celebrated our anniversary. The hotel is very nice. There is construction going on in the lobby which diminishes the aesthetics. Check in was easy thanks to Hotels.com. The room was as advertised and very nice with a few exceptions. The toilet seat was broken, the shower curtain had lots of mold on it, and we needed more towels. We stayed Friday night and told them about it Saturday morning. Within an hour, the toilet seat was fixed, the shower curtain was replaced, and we got more towels. There was also an envelope pushed under our door. It contained an apology letter and two $20 certificates for food or things from their shop. It was good for one year. Hard to complain about the resolution. The breakfast was good but the lines for omelettes was very long. The happy hour was nice but again long lines for drinks. There was one bartender and everyone was ordering two mixed drinks apiece so it took a long time, but it is a nice perk they offer. Housekeeping could be better as we found an object from a previous guest in the room. Checkout was a breeze, again thanks to Hotels.com. Parking was ample and there is a path right to The Avenue, a very nice outdoor shopping and dining area. Highway access is easy and the neighborhood is very nice. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Favorite hotel ever!

Our stay was wonderful. The only drawback was that our toilet didn't flush well. Also, they were renovating the lobby. I know this will add to the beauty of the hotel. It wasn't very pretty to look at during our stay but totally understandable.

We did have some problems this time first room Ac leaked a got carpet all wet they moved us second room tub would not drain they are recarpeting entire first floor I think think should have been put in website at breakfast you had to fight for table
