love this place

My stay was very good. I have no complaints, the staff was very nice andcocourteous. I stay here very often when I come to Murfreesboro, I haven't had any complaints yet. The staff keeps it very clean and tidy, right off the interstate, and it's quiet. Not to mention the price, very reasonable.

Definitely not the top brass.

Front office staff was rude. Condescending when my door cards wouldn't work "sir, everyone knows if it gets close to your cell phone then it erases the codes"... that's funny because I've stayed in hotels more than most all over the world and it's the first time I've had it happen.

Stuff was very unfriendly.We did not have breakfast, because employee could not open a door to get inside. When I ask her what happened she just started yelling on me. So we left motel without breakfast.

I am totally shocked regarding your comments because I was in the breakfast room fixing the problems my Front Desk rep had when you and your husband sat down and ate breakfast. I do apologize that breakfast was delayed to an unforeseen maintenance issue.

Everything was dirty and sticky especially the carpets and floors. The walls were dirty and poorly maintained. The refrigerator and microwave were unclean. Every time I touched a doorknob, I felt like I should wash my hands. The breakfast food choices were good, but the facility was dirty and poorly maintained. The wifi was nonexistent.
