"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Hotel breakfast was clean, hot, and so good compared to other hotels. The lady at the front desk (blond hair) was SO NICE!"

"We enjoyed our visit"

"Everything was very clean, parking was easy and plenty of room for the truck and boat. Check in was very easy and great contact with very quick responses. Definitely recommend to stay here."

"Place overall was decent, it was clean enough. The hot tub and fire pit were a nice touch. The house is very close to the road and there is constant traffic noise even late at night. It is also advertised as more upscale than it was. We noticed several areas of the house that looked like the landlord special took place in getting it ready. Some of the doors didn’t close properly or were only on a single set of hinges instead of multiple. The dining chairs too were not in great shape, they had...

"Perfect but beware if you are a sensitive sleeper as the mattress on the queen bed is saggy and in need of replacing. Probably fine for 1 person but 2 people easily roll into the middle making for a not-so-good night's sleep."

"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent—quiet, peaceful, and set far enough away from town to avoid traffic, but still close enough to get anywhere quickly. The outdoor space was a big plus, especially for our dogs, who had plenty of room to roam. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only downside was the cleanliness. The property was noticeably dusty, and the inside of the refrigerator could have been cleaned more thoroughly. With...

"Very nice place, will definitely be back."

"Everything with the house was great. Even the minor issues with the internet and washer going down were handled quick. Beautiful property and very communicative"

"Easy check in and was very clean and close to everything. "

"Great location and wonderful hot breakfast! Room was very nice."

"We came to visit our son at SIU and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and very affordable. The breakfast was great, with lots of options. There's a bar right next to the hotel, which was nice, and a couple of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe and had a good amount of activity. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting SIU!"

"Reasonable price, very clean and friendly staff. Room was pretty quiet and bed comfortable."

"Room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. We were grateful for the help we received after a botched reservation at another hotel."

"Location is steps away from main drag and SIU campus."

"Excellent room and very friendly service!"

"A great place to stay"

"Very clean. Helpful staff. Great hot breakfast. Definitely staying there again if I am in Carbondale."

"Nice affordable with comfortable beds and good food."
