“This hotel is not a fancy hi rise type of hotel but it’s quite nice! All rooms face the ocean, and the rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable beds. The staff was also very nice. We loved staying there and would go back again, but would ask for a room on the second floor instead of the top floor because we didn’t know there isn’t an elevator until we got there!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This Little House is a hidden gem. Nestled under Live Oaks just off the main road, well within walking distance to the Marsh Walk and other local stops. Nicely decorated and appointed with anything & everything you need. The owner was very helpful and provided us with several tips on local favorites. Loved it!!!”

“So many things wrong. Mold in bathroom, hair on sheets, dirty moldy dishes in dishwasher. Have to climb 4-5 flights of stairs bc on 3rd floor. I get no elevator But try hauling suitcases and then golf clubs up 5 flights everyday. No AC for us (apparently she didn’t know it wasn’t working) smart thermostats notify when disconnected and no screen ventilation. Cleaning standards are poor even if it had been cleaned.
