The bad:
When we went to check in, we were then notified that there was a problem with our room & they had to switch our suite to 2 rooms that connected via door. I feel like that is something they should contact you for and let you know beforehand. A suite and two normal rooms are two completely different things. Was not happy about that. The floors looked clean, but they were apparently filthy because once we took our shoes off we noticed it had a sticky feeling to it and our 2 year old twins feet got black very quickly (once we noticed the floors were sticky we went to wash their feet & put socks on them & that's when we noticed they were completely black.) Tv stand was an eye sore, half the decorative trim on the front was ripped off. One of the bed farmes was broken, and the bed would lift up off of it if you sat on the edge on one side. One of the tvs was broken & would not turn on. There was construction going on everywhere, inside & outside.. You couldn't use the front entrance because of it. There were wet floors in the lobby area where water was leaking out from the roof. Also, when I made the reservation, I chose *Pay At Check In, but they had already charged my card before we even got there.
The good:
The staff were all really nice. When we called the front desk & told them the tv wasn't working, someone brought a new one & swapped it out pretty quickly. The room was nice other than the few things I mentioned above.
All in all, it was just okay.
