When I ready for sleep, several blood spots were found on quilt, we took pictures and let the hotel know, someone took the quilt out and only gave us two blankets as he said no more quilt in hotel.
When we checked out we mentioned this issue to the reception lady, she said she will leave a note in their system.
But when we talk to Expedia and seek help, Expedia was doing good to help me, but the hotel staff denied this issue and no apology or compensation for us, the hotel said they do not have information about this issue. Ridiculous and unacceptable experience at all.
